Time is running out and you haven't found the right gift for
that special someone yet. Giving cash is completely out of the
question. What do you do?
First of all calm down. You cannot think in a paniced state of
mind. Second, sit down and pull out a pen and paper. This
article will walk you through the process of how to find the
right gift with less than a week.
There are three keys to finding the perfect gift. 1. A few days
to shop around 2. Plenty of gas 3. Good knowledge of what the
recipient wants

| Article Title :: Do We Enjoy Sickness? |
| |
|
Its starting to get cold outside. I have noticed recently that
very few people in the last few years have done anything to
prevent those little colds that you always come down with at the
beginning of the chilly season. Why is that? I remember being a
youngster... wanting to go outside and play in the snow even
though i had the sniffles. Mom wouldn't let me. "Your going to
get sick!" she would holler. So i wasn't ever sick!
Nowadays, no one is really concerned with PREVENTING sickness.
We all believe that there is enough medicine out there to cure
whatever it is we come down with. Well, that's mostly true. In
fact, a good friend of mine came down with Winter Vomiting Disease last year. It (read full article) |

| Article Title :: Christmas and Holiday Party Fashion Tips |
| |
|
Have you given any thought to what you are going to wear to the
holiday parties this year?
An invitation to a special Christmas or New Year's Eve party can
strike fear in the hearts of the most fashion-conscious among us
- to say nothing of the fashion-impaired.
Finding the perfect outfit should not cause a grown woman to cry
- even though socially the decision ranks right up there with
what to wear to an ex's wedding or the prom.
There are several big mistakes that women make most often:
1. Trying to impress with the latest style even if the style is
not meant for someone their age/body shape/personality - they
often succeed only in looking foolish or as if they are
desparately (read full article) |

| Article Title :: Many Troubles in My Time |
| |
|
"I've seen many troubles in my time, only half of which ever
came true." Mark Twain
Worrying about issues unnecessarily can cause both psychological
and physical distress. A lot of times, what we worry about never
comes true.
When you find yourself worrying, ask yourself, "Can I do
anything about it?" If you can, then take the required action to
eliminate the worry. If you can't do anything about it, or if it
is beyone your control, then don't waste your time worrying!
When you worry, you are not focused on solutions. You are
allowing unproductive negative thinking to overrule your
positive thinking. Worrying never leads to any productive
results, it only reinforces the negat (read full article) |

| Article Title :: Memories and Emotions can Colour our Awareness |
| |
|
Memories have an emotional charge that can colour our awareness.
These emotions can make us react in strange ways following
certain triggers. You may find yourself becoming aware of a past
event's memory and notice that you are looking back and not
fully present with what is going on around you now.
Memories of past events in our life can have associated with
them deep emotional charge. This can cause these memories to
keep repeating themselves over and over again throughout our
life.
Sometimes the pattern is triggered by our environment and
sometimes by a person or situation. Once triggered, the memory
of the event plays out, with all the deep emotional charge of
the original event.

| |
|
How can you keep warm in winter?
I remember the movie The Day After Tomorrow. Where the people
were facing an ice age ahead, with temperatures so cold your
blood could freeze instantly.
Everyone was working hard on keeping warm. They were hiding in a
library which was really convenient. You wouldn't run out of
things to burn in a library that is full of books. In their
effort to stay warm, they kept their fireplace ablaze by burning
library books, feeding the fire continually for that much needed
warmth.
A homeless guy who had to survive winter in the streets crushed
up paper and stuffed his clothes with them for insulation.
Insulate your clothing to keep the warmth in and the cold (read full article) |

| Article Title :: How To Shop In Order To Find the Best Mineral Make-up |
| |
|
With all of the hype surrounding Mineral powder make-up these
days, how can a consumer steer through the murkey waters of
advertising claims, in order to find the best mineral make-up
for their skin type?
First, check the ingredients. If you find bismuth oxychloride,
dyes, vitamin additives, corn starch (zea mays), or rice powder
listed, find another brand, which avoids these commonly
irritating and bacteria producing elements. Especially if you
have acne, rosacea or sensitive skin issues. Many people cannot
use mineral cosmetics that contain these often times harmful
additives.
Secondly, find those brands which manufacture their own
cosmetics, and do so without these irritants.

| Article Title :: EBay Buying Tips |
| |
|
How to Get the Best Deals on EBay
Finding deals is exciting. It feels like I won a game when I buy
something at a great price. I shop store sales, bargain stores,
closeouts, and more -- but found that I could often do much
better by simply buying through online auctions - if I buy
carefully.
Squeezing a deal out of an EBay auction is an art. Buying from
auctions can be a costly proposition or a very economical option
depending on your tactics. Buy wisely by learning from my
(sometimes costly) experiences.
1. Is the Seller Honest?
Both EBay and Yahoo auctions have seller ratings. Read these
and their associated reviews. If the seller has a good rating
from buying and a bad rating from (read full article) |

| Article Title :: Christmas Shopping 101: Strategies & Techniques |
| |
|
There are a variety of opportunities for holiday shoppers,
including stores, catalogs and the internet. If you're heading
out to the mall this year, have your shopping list ready. It's a
good idea to shop early in the season because, if you wait too
long, that perfect gift may already be under someone else's
tree. Always remember to be polite. The holidays are extremely
busy and store employees are working overtime, so be patient as
you wait for assistance.
If you have a big list, but not quite a budget to match,
consider a layaway. Many stores offer a convenient layaway plan,
which would allow you to make payments up until Christmas. It
saves you from having to charge up credit card bill (read full article) |

| Article Title :: Oh What A Feeling |
| |
|
So here is the story. I crashed a dirtbike. I know its a short
one, but why bore you with details that you really dont need to
know? Why is it that when we get power in our hands, we attempt
to use it to the fullest. It's as if we will never have it
again. Lets get out of that habit, it hurts.
Moving along with the story, I clearly needed some therapy for
the injuries that I suffered in the accident. So I went to my
physiotherapist and asked her what we should do. We did all the
massaging and ultra sounds, and then it happened... We did the
acupuncture therapy. OH what a feeling!
Its a little wierd at first, becuase they stick a bunch of
needles all over your body. Apperently, every spot (read full article) |
