 Article Title :: Dating and a Movie Again

Are you tired of the same old routine first dates? Need a change from the dinner and a movie routine? Why not do something that gives you some insight into each other's personality and is interesting? Not that I'm totally against dinner and a movie as a first date or even a tenth date. There is the benefit that you don't have to think about what you're going to say next for at least 90 minutes (even longer if it's a Kevin Costner epic). I just think that a change needs to occur when I've seen all of the movies playing this month at the local megaplex. Another downside to dinner and a movie is that it can be inconvenient for those of us who work the nightshift. So I am offering the following  (read full article)

 Article Title :: 35 and Single

It doesn't matter how you got to be single in your mid-thirties. What does matter, however, is that you have certain priorities in order so that you can protect yourself and those you date from getting hurt. There are too many reasons to list on why you're on the market at this stage in your life, but you should be clear on your goals, both long and short-term. You don't want to be led on or trapped into something you didn't want in the first place. The very first things you need to consider are your short and long-term relationship goals. If you are a confirmed bachelor (or bachlorette) you definitely don't want to be dating someone who is determined to settle down and start a family. Ag  (read full article)

You can hear people say that owning a vehicle is like signing your own death sentence. In some way this saying may contain some truth to it. You may be very careful when driving but then there would always be those careless few. So the best thing is for you to prepare for the inevitable. There are safety driving tips as well as things to do during an accident that every driver ought to know. Let us first discuss the safety tips: 1.  Article Title :: What We Know Can Hurt Us

You can find more resources on sales coaching, executive coaching, sales training, time management, cold calling, prospecting and career coaching from New York Sales and Leadership Coach Keith Rosen MCC at http://www.profitbulders.com. I recently purchased some advertising space in a national magazine. I have been a subscriber for years and knew everything I needed to know to select them as an advertising vehicle. I called them with one intention, to place an order. When I called their office, the salesperson began doing what she felt was appropriate; to start selling me. She began with the history of the magazine, then moved into a discussion about her subscriber base, how effectiv  (read full article)

 Article Title :: Become Fully Accountable For Your Success

You can find more resources on sales coaching, executive coaching, sales training, time management, cold calling, prospecting and career coaching from New York Sales and Leadership Coach Keith Rosen MCC at http://www.profitbulders.com. Have you ever done something that you know is not in your best interest? Have you ever avoided doing something that is in your best interest? In either of these scenarios you were probably able to justify your behavior as well as your line of thinking and most of all; avoid being accountable. While that may sting a little bit, allow me to introduce to you a new definition for this type of behavior. A diversionary tactic is an action, excuse, or belief  (read full article)

 Article Title :: Common Sense!

After all these years I still can't believe I still see people falling for those get rank 10 in google or get your website on top of google queries and all that. What amazes me even more is how they claim this will increase your adsense earnings when it doesn't work in the first place. Fine I'll admit some people have actually figured out how to trick google but only after hard work, wich if used to acquire the same rank in legit ways could yield the same results. The fact is people use common sense if there were such easy ways to get to the top wouldn't we all be using them? Any proffessional webmaster or anyone will tell that shortcuts are not always what they appear to be. Especially wh  (read full article)

 Article Title :: Enthusiasm for life...How old are you in retirement?

How old do you feel? Ah, now that's a very different question. I have known people who were old at twenty and other people in their eighties who are still very young at heart and it is that enthusiasm for life that can make all the difference. Whatever your age - you still have something to contribute, it's just that the contribution is in a different area than employment. There are many people who give their all to their work/career and then feel totally lost once they reach the dreaded age of retirement. Unfortunately, it is a sad truth that many of these people do not live very long after their retirement party. Yet, so many people that I speak to that have retired tell me they don't kno  (read full article)

 Article Title :: The UK Ebay FAQ for Buyers

Here are some for the frequently asked questions I get: Does eBay have a Customer Service Department that I Can Phone? eBay are notoriously hard to contact, - it seems like they want the site to run on it's own. You can email them, but don't expect a response, that you will understand easily: go to http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/contact_us/_base/index.html You might have better luck getting an answer from another member, try the answer centre forum: http://pages.ebay.co.uk/community/answercenter/index.html eBay Power Sellers get a dedicated phone line to customer service. If you really want to look up the phone number try typing in 'ebay [your country] phone number' into a search engine   (read full article)

 Article Title :: Creativity: Ways To Be More Creative

1. Meditation: Our minds are often like glasses of water filled with dirt. The stresses that we endure throughout our day cause that glass of water to get shaken up. The water gets murky and our minds are distracted. This is when we are at our least creative state of mind. Meditation is a great way to allow that shaken up dirt to settle, allowing the glass of water that is our mind to be clear once again. When you meditate, turn off all distractions in the room (music, noises, and lights). Be alone. Sit up against a wall and just let your mind wander. It's important to sit upright and not slouch or you may fall asleep. The goal is to let your mind just "settle". Then you will be i  (read full article)

 Article Title :: Credit basics: Choosing and using credit cards

One of the most powerful financial tools that the modern technology has ever-produced is the credit card. And there is definitely no denying that a credit card is an extremely and overwhelmingly useful and powerful financial tool only if it used properly. This small and thin 'plastic' is now responsible for the seemingly endless possibilities of getting things done in just one swipe. Aside from the fact that most people-especially in the US-find these plastic cards more convenient and safe to carry around compared to cold, hard cash, many of them also appreciates the consumer protection provided by the Federal Law. But, with so companies coming out with many kinds of credit cards, it is  (read full article)
