| Article Title :: Advanced Leather Repair |
| |
|
Cracks in Leather
The only way to un-crack leather is to replace it. One approach
that leather repair specialists use is to clean the leather and
then re-color it. The result is that the leather will have a
uniform appearance. The cracks will still be there but will be
less apparent.
You can also have a leather repair professional replace the
cracked areas and match the new leather to the original color.
This works best when you are working with a panel of leather,
for example on a car seat or the surface of a furniture cushion.
Dog and Cat Scratches
If you own a dog or cat, do not allow them on your leather
furniture - PERIOD!
For dogs, most damage occurs while climbing on and jumpin (read full article) |

| Article Title :: Blunders the Comic book Industry Brought on Themselves |
| |
|
What has gone wrong within the comic book industry and can it be
fixed? The rape and pillage, in the eyes of some, may have left
the comic book industry gasping for life support. It seems that
for an industry that has seen so much success, the history of
comic books, has apparently been confounded by seemingly dumb
mistakes.
The first could have very well been the coining of the name
"comic books". The earliest versions of the so-called half-tab
(for half tabloid) reprints of the Sunday funnies (the comics)
became known as "comic books". This led to the thinking in
general, that comic books contained comic or funny material,
which we all know, is a far stretch from reality. Comic books

| Article Title :: Pilot Training Begins on the Ground |
| |
|
All flight training begins on the ground. The worst place to
learn a new skill is in an airplane. It can be very difficult to
grasp new concepts in the air without reviewing them first on
the ground. In the plane, training in the cockpit can have other
environmental issues such as cold (or hot), noisy, and bumpy.
You want to get up in the air as soon as possible and as
frequently as possible. Don't waste time at the airport studying
things you could have done at home. Get your studying done
before you get to the air. Some of the pilot instructors may
have been guilty of skipping some of the ground training so they
could get in the air quick, too.
I've heard that some pilots have even mis (read full article) |

|
So you want to start racing dirt bikes?
Who can blame you; dirt bike racing is an increasingly popular
choice for many thrill seekers. It's true that in the wrong
hands racing dirt bikes can be incredibly dangerous but with a
little care and attention and some experience there is no reason
why you can't have the adrenalin fuelled excitement while
considerably minimising the risks many people associate with the
sport.
Racing dirt bikes is a popular pastime with people of all age,
many grandfathers and grandchildren take part in regular races
and the younger you start the better you will be. Many
professional bike racers started with dirt bike racing and they
usually started at the age of 4 (read full article) |

| Article Title :: Mini Bike Madness |
| |
|
A new craze has caught on in the United States, and it all boils
down to a much smaller version of the motorcycle knows as pocket
bikes, mini bikes, minimotos or mini choppers, depending on who
you ask and where they live. The first models were created in
Japan, but their popularity quickly spread to countries like
China, Europe, the UK, Australia, Canada and eventually the
United States. These mini bikes were originally designed to be
used by small children, but it didn't take long for adults to
get in on the fun. It only takes a few simple conversions
(namely adding taller handlebars and improving the bikes
suspension) to make a mini bike suitable for adults.

The pins of your brush should make contact with the skin at the
beginning of the brush stroke. From there, make a straight
stroke outward to the ends of the hair. Try to teach your dog
(and I say this in a "do as I say, and not do as I do," because
this is a very hard thing for me to teach my dogs to do....but
that is me....and I need more practice. So with practice it can
be done, and if you are planning to have the long coat of hair
on your shih tzu, you will need to teach the dog to lie still on
his side. Brush one layer at a time, then pull another layer and
repeat the process until you have brushed to the center part of
your dog. So the dog is on its side and you begin brushing at

| Article Title :: 5 Things To Consider Before Buying A Dog |
| |
|
Many factors need to be considered by a family, before bringing
home a new pet. Some are as followed:
GENDER - SIZE - HAIR What about the gender of the dog? Are you
interested in a male or female? Will you breed the dog once it
is grown? If a breeding program is not in its future, consider
neutering the dog. Are you interested in a large or a small dog?
Often, potential owners don't consider the frame size and weight
of the puppy when it becomes an adult. Also think about the
grooming needs of a long-haired dog versus a short-haired one.
VETERINARY CARE The dog will also need regular veterinary care.
All these costs can add up, especially if you're on a limited
budget. What type of dog d (read full article) |

iPod. Just that one word alone brings up memories of what has
quickly become one of the world's largest fads. It seems as if
everyone owns an iPod, and rightfully so. Apple's line of iPod's
have continuously proven to be the most reliable, high end,
sleek, technically advanced mp3 players available on the market.
As one would expect, the iPod Nano is continuing this line of
excellence.
The new iPod Nano may seem like nothing special to outsiders
merely glancing in, and it may seem as if Apple is simply
capitalizing on its iPod's popularity to put out "new" iPod's
that really don't offer anything new, but the Nano is actually a
great piece of work. As its name sounds, the Nano is built from (read full article) |

| |
|
The requirements for your booth will be spelled out in your
contract for each show. This includes set up and break down
times and policies to which you must adhere. In order to avoid
having to have different displays for different shows, it makes
sense to create a moveable display that will work well in the
majority of situations--both for indoor and outdoor events. Even
if the promoter supplies a backdrop, a rug or tables, you can
bring your whole set-up and use it instead. Your display is your
portable store, and since it reflects you and your product, you
want it to be outstanding! A display that creates the best
presentation for your crafts can make a huge difference in how
well you sel (read full article) |

| Article Title :: Shih Tzu - Coat Handling II |
| |
|
Use a gentle action to brush a shih tzu's coat. When you
shampoo, thoroughly wet the coat with warm water, apply the
shampoo and use a squeezing action to cleanse the coat rather
than scrubbing the hair back and forth. There will be less
damage to the coat, easier to brush out and just as clean. From
what I have learned about coat handling, it is very important to
maintain the epicuticle in good condition to keep the hair
healthy, beautiful and of even length without broken or split
ends. If your shih tzu scratches, this can absolutely destory
the hair. You will need to find out why and fix the problem as
soon as possible to save your shih tzu's hair. If you don't
rinse the shampoo out well (read full article) |
