| If we are to beat international terrorism and rid this evil from the planet then we need to have a more clear definition of what international terrorism really is. Then and only then can we confront it and make a resolution of all nations of the world that international terrorism on civilian populations is unacceptable and it will not be tolerated. We know that international terrorism often as nation state sponsors. | Article Title :: The United Nations and Their Inherent Limits to Keep Peace |

Since the United Nations is mostly a political organization where world leaders come together and discuss their differences and make friends, it appears there is a problem with corruption. The human species is inherently corrupt and so often those who rise to the top of their political societies are the most corrupt in their group and this poses a problem, especially when the most corrupt humans on the entire planet all come together in collusion.Additionally the United Nations has inherent limits on keeping peace and as we have seen they definitely have limits on their ability to maintain integrity on the war on international terrorism. The system is viable, however it has evolv (read full article)

Article Title :: Nation Building Abilities and Reality Checks

When nation building policymakers at the United Nations and a large countries such as the United States of America need to be cognizant of the fact that their abilities may be limited by many factors that they have not considered. One thing we should understand is that the powers that be in any tribal situation, dictatorship or even a country run amuck with organized crime may not actually want to rebuild their nation in our vision of what the nation should be.Now then, for philosophical arguments I would like to bring up the point of an alcoholic; their loved ones around them obviously want to help them so they can live a normal and better life. But so often the alcoholic is eith (read full article)

Article Title :: Obstacles to a Benevolent New Middle East are Not Insurmountable

Many believe that the benevolent Middle East is an impossible pipe dream due to its long history spanning some 5 thousand years and therefore highly unlikely if not totally impossible. In fact they will often cite all the barriers in fundamentalism or insurmountable problems to overcome. Many say that it is beyond hope to take a large population of the billion people throughout a very large region and bring them into the first world status of all the first world countries. And they debate definitely not in this present period stating it will take many more generations and each attempt which fails leads to another generation of hate and animosity for the next future period.Man (read full article)

Article Title :: Soft Bigotry and Low Expectations is Holding Back Emerging Nations

| The United States of America is one of the largest contributors to the common good of emerging nations and we have given more in money and aid to these nations than the combine total of all other nations and all of their contributions. | Article Title :: We Need a More Effective Mechanism for International Cooperation |

After World War I the League of Nations had a lot going for it and after World War II the United Nations certainly was a good idea. However, now we are in the present period and things have changed drastically. The United Nations serves many purposes, as it is a place for nation’s leaders to speak freely of their grievances and speak out about differences with other nations over trade, water rights and political impasses leading towards war.The United Nations has prevented many wars, more than we can count, but they have also fallen down in many areas and perhaps this is because the way in which countries interact now is different from its first charter. The United Nations has (read full article)

Article Title :: No Single Nation Can Impose Democracy on Another

Imposing Democracy on another nation is something that many academics and philosopher types have debated over many decades. Some believe that no single nation can impose Democracy over another nation. Indeed these same people will argue that no group of nations should impose democracy over another either. And this would also include any group called a League of Nations, United Nations or One World Government. However there are many who are in the United Nations who believe that there are many instances when such imposition would be necessary to prevent war, human rights abuses or and out of control government regime. It is for this reason that many could argue that there will be cir (read full article)

Article Title :: We Need More Enlightened World Leadership

Many believe that the World Leadership or those in charge of the largest of nations are not enlightened and too caught up in the greed of power, politics and wealth. Indeed we saw this when the French blocked any additional sanctions on Iraq after they had completely failed to comply with the resolutions. In fact the French Leadership put out a World Media hit out on the United States and slandering the Bush Administration and the American People. Later we find out that the reason they supported Saddam had nothing do with anything except money. Money owed to the French from the Saddam Regime and dishonest and unethical rolls the French Leadership took in the Oil-For-Food Fraud Scand (read full article)

| The Saudi government plans on giving millions of dollars to help the Palestinian plight and they are hesitant because they understand the world politics behind Hamas. | Article Title :: Why Do Humans Have So Many Wars? |

Do you ever ask yourself why humans have so many wars? It seems all of the prerecorded history is filled with stories about war, but why? It seems to be added eight characteristic of mankind with societies get too large. Perhaps it has been a way to control runaway human populations in times of abundance? Or maybe it has something to do with our evolutionary process and if we did not have wars, human beings may never have reached the top of the food chain and basically controlling the surface of the Earth.War is a fact of life and a sense, which gives the human endeavor purpose. I did not invent that, but I sure as heck will move to protect my nation from any threat foreign or d (read full article)
