| Article Title :: Eat More Veggies. Eat More Fruit. Get Healthy--Really? |
| |
| While it is common to see scientific studies on how health can be improved by using certain, particular supplements of vitamins and minerals it is not the same for the real McCoy.
How true? Ask yourself and do a goggle search (or a PUB Med or any advanced search of scientific articles) about how many times you see a study--any study--on a particular fruit or vegetable that comes out proving some health improvement. Not a group, but a particular fruit or vegetable. And proof of health, not disease (this is an important distinction).
We are talking about real science here not just made up stuff from some science nut or health nut. And we are talking about real fruits (read full article) |

| Article Title :: Sports Nutrition |
| |
| From the beginning of time, or should I say from the times of Ancient Greece, the physical appearance of the body was considered to reflect the condition of the soul. A beautiful body, with the right proportions and well developed muscles was the reflection of the ideal human being. Are we far off from those “ancient” beliefs or is it the same today?Gyms today are not only the privilege of men but also a place visited by old aged people. It seems that sport is not meant only for the purpose of looking good, but also for feeling good. A ten minute exercise at the morning or a half hour walk at the evening would make you feel better about yourself already. For the lazy ones, I kn (read full article) |

| Article Title :: Low Carb Dieting |
| |
| Low carbohydrate diets will indeed help you to loose weight, but who likes the word “diet” anyway? The secret is to make low carbs a way of life for you and your family. Our bodies are made up of protein, fats, and carbohydrates – and of course, water and vitamins and minerals which all work together to make up our blood system, our tissues, bones, and organs to give us energy everyday. The problem for most people is when these major components get out of balance. Our systems are designed to withstand some turbulence (like eating a whole pizza or a gallon of ice cream) once in a long while, and then it will bounce right back whenever the proper nutrition is again added into the (read full article) |

As a result your body will spend 25 calories more from its own energy burning existing fat, allowing you to lose weight.There are many fruits and vegetables on the list of negative calorie foods. The negative calorie diet claims you can create a deficit of calories in your body jut by eating asparagus, broccoli, onion, garlic, lettuce, spinach, cucumber, apples, oranges, watermelo (read full article) |

| Article Title :: Why NOT Drink Milk? |
| |
| It seems that the general consensus is that milk is good for you. From supermodels to professional athletes with milk mustaches, “milk does a body good.” But does it really?No, it doesn’t! Milk is not meant to be consumed once we have been weaned. But we have these millions of cows around producing milk so what else are we supposed to do with all this excess milk except to pawn it off on the unknowing consumer? Milk, was created for the sole purpose of providing a newborn with quick access to nourishment to help in its development until it is ready for solid foods. Once a baby has been weaned there is no further need for milk. In fact, in all mammals, once an infant has been (read full article) |
