Article Title :: Cloning: Is the human being unique?

I am not discussing here whether cloning is evil. [I think it is a dangerous attempt to play God]. What I want to say here is that also cloned humans are unique like anybody else. We are not material machines without a ghost. God gave us the breath of life. Also it says in the Holy Bible that God is forming (present participle) our spirits within us (Zech. 12.1). {For the theologians among us: the human being is born neither in accordance with an Aristotelian Thomistic 'creationism' [the idea that God creates the spirit apart from the body and somehow 'puts' it into it (as it were through a 'backdoor'; Aristotle: thurathen)], nor according to a traducionism à la Tertullian and the Apollinar (read full article)

Article Title :: Common to Man

”There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, Who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.” I Corinthians 10:13 There have been Christians that have wondered why does so many bad things happen to me. I know as humans we wonder that deep inside, many of us will not admit that on the outside, for fear of being judged by our peers about our faith. Let’s look at I Corinthians 10:13, I find this to be a very comforting verse. The word “temptation” in this verse is the Greek word “ekpeirazo” which means, “to test (read full article)

Article Title :: Comparative Religion 101 – What They Won’t Tell You in That

Almost every four year liberal arts college has at least one comparative religions course. These courses are meant to touch the surface of each major religion and illustrate the basic differences or similarities. Are these courses effective, or should we say, are they even honest? If your view of religion is like most people, you think that religion is a list of do’s and don’ts or a set of rules, laws or other directives that should be guiding your behavior. What is taught in comparative religion courses is based on this simple premise. New Testament Christianity is thrown into this generalized heap usually by people who are not Christians and have no understanding of what Christ (read full article)

Article Title :: Completness In Christ

Col. 2:6-10 "As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving. Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:" "As you have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord"In order to know and understand completeness the first requirement is to receive Jesus. This is done by first a revealing of (read full article)

| Upon the death of the Pope, a monumental sequence of events unfolds, culminating in a process known as the conclave whereby a new Pope is elected to lead the Roman Catholic faith.Beneath Michelangelo's revered ceiling in the Sistine Chapel, the College of Cardinals, led by the Cardinal Camerlegno (Cardinal Chamberlain), Eduardo Martinez Somalo, begins the arduous process of selecting the pope's successor. | Consider, The Past, Present and Future? Consider the past. A time when we were prosperous and growing? Consider the past, when God added to the church daily, such as needed to be saved. Consider the past, when, where there was a problem, we all met it head on and it was overcome. The Lord says consider it. Consider the Present. The European Union is getting Stronger. Consider the Present. Iraq signs military pact with Iran. Consider the Present. Russia signs accord with China and India. Consider the Present. US voices fears over Chinese military build-up.
