| |
|
Streaming Real Audio files from your website is easier than you
might think.
The first thing you'll need, of course, is a Real Audio file.
Real Audio files are created with a program called "Real
Producer" which is available on the RealNetwoks Website at
http://www.realnetworks.com/.
With Real Producer, you will produce audio files which end with
a .rm extension. For example - myfirstaudio.rm. Once you have a
.rm audio file, upload it to your website. Many people prefer to
create a unique folder to contain all of their audio files.
With your audio file online, you now need to create a link on
your website for your visitors to click on.
This is where things get a bit different.

| Article Title :: Offering & Delivering a Professional Invoice. |
| |
|
Two of the trickiest things to design is a professional proposal
and a professional invoice. An invoice is something that should
be used in every business but usually in start ups or one man
companies it is something that is overlooked. It will not only
allow for you and your client to keep a record of transaction of
payment. It will help your company look more professional, help
you keep better records and also know who needs to pay as well
as who is late with payment.
Setting up an invoice isn't that tricky. It can be very complex
in nature or very simple, just remember it is there to keep a
record. The goal is to make it as professional as possible.

| |
|
When you start up any business there will be learning curves
along the way. One of the biggest is when you are in an industry
where you have to tailor bids according to each project. How you
go at this and what you put in your proposal can actually give
you an edge on your competition. On the other side what you put
in it and what/how you present it can actually hurt you, making
you seem unprofessional. Also what you don't put in it can hurt
you down the line not only in the amount of time it will take to
finish the project but also financially.
Every project and every client is unique, this is very true. A
proposal's content will be different for each client but its
appearance and how it (read full article) |

| Article Title :: Saving on cost of inks and cartridges |
| |
|
There was a news report about a woman filing a lawsuit against a
certain HP printer manufacturer because she said that the inks
are programmed to expire on a certain date, whether the
cartridges are empty or not. HP representative counters that the
reason is because the inks are degrading over time and thus
causes the expiration.
It is possible that the manufacturer of these inks are actually
using some expertise to keep the profits up. With modern tools,
who knows what these people are capable of? If these things are
all true, saving costs on inks can be a challenge for the people
especially those who do not have any knowledge about what profit
makers are doing to their advantage.

| |
|
Promotions being a necessity, what can you do to make direct
mailing postcards be a hit and spell big bucks for you?
A good mailing list to start with. Many companies are renting
out a mailing list that targets the specific industry that
mailers wanted to be their prospected clients. However, these
rentals do not come cheap, which is basically bad news to small
business companies. The solution? Make your own mailing list.
There are directories you can browse through and look for your
probable mailing list target. Ask help from your friends,
especially those who have businesses of their own, for names you
can check on to. But before putting names on your list, ask
yourself if these persons (read full article) |
