Selling government agencies on RSS would be easier if we could demonstrate to them an easy way to convert their existing news formats to automatically generated and delivered email newsletters. In this first, of a two-part series, we show you how easy it is to use Moveable Type and Bloglet to provide rudimentary email delivery.
