The 19th edition of the annual Simple Session contest series, one of the world's most iconic action sports events will take on the heart of the notorious Nordic winter in 2019, taking place on February 2 –3, in Tallinn Estonia. Over 140 riders from all over the world will participate at Simple Session 19

Because some of the ramps of the skate park in Adliswil, will be demolished and replaced by smaller obstacles, the guys from bmxtoday.ch have organized a chilled jam last fall. at the 23th of February the BMX Winter Games will take place at the new renovated Skatehall in Mühlhausen. You can choose between 4 disciplines (Park, Minirampe, Street and Vert). By the way there are overall 3000€ prize money. The starting fee per discipline is 5 euros, for all four disciplines 15 euros. If you don't want to take part in the contest, but still want to shred the new park, you've to roll the dice for your entry (1-6 EUR). Spectators have free admission.

Just in time for Easter, we got the new Sunday 2019 BMX parts in! Among them are some classics as well as some brand new parts.

One of the absolute classics of Sunday Bikes is certainly the Sunday Bikes "Soundwave V3" 2019 BMX frame, which has been available since 2007 and has since been constantly refined. In the 2019 version, the geometry is characterized by a shorter rear end and was adapted to the current needs of a modern allround frame. Of course, the Soundwave V3 still comes with the corrugated down tube, which in combination with the wishbone on the rear end provides more stability.

As a new addition, Sunday launched the Sunday Bikes "Nightshift" 2019 BMX frame. This frame was newly designed and comes with a short rear end and a steep head tube angle of 75.25 °. By the way, Sunday calls the frame internally as the "team frame", as it is used by most Sunday Bikes team riders.

Our bro Kevin Nikulski is staying in Japan right now to attend the FISE World Series Round 1 in Hiroshima. Fittingly, Dustyn Alt and Kevin have just released Double Trouble II from their last stay in Japan.

Unfortunately, Kevin was involved in an accident in Hiroshima yesterday. He crashed into a motorcycle and looks like Twoface somehow. Luckily nothing is broken and all teeth are still in place. We definitely hope for a speedy recovery and also hope that Kevin can take part in the contest this weekend.

Etnies brought a whole crew together this time: Besides Felix, the Barca veteran Benny L, Daniel Portorreal, Barcelona local Miki Fleck and additionally two newcomers - Phil Martin and Jordan Okane. International top stars of the music scene on the main stage, young musicians on the up-and-coming stage, sports and fun sports areas to join in and watch, sustainability to touch in the integrated day after tomorrow market and an interactive children and family program make the Kessel Festival something special for visitors of all ages.

Together with the STUTTPARK skate hall, there will be a mini ramp with skateboard session on 01.06.2019 and a BMX session on 02.06.2019 . If you want to participate actively as a rider in the BMX session, please register in advance via Email contact@kunstform.org . A contest with the groups AM and Profi is planned. You can expect lavish prizes, which are provided by kunstform.

18:00: Awards ceremony Amateure & Profi
18:00 - 20:00: Open Session

On 25.05.2019 the salvejam takes place in Rathenow on the Rideplatz. BMXers, skaters, scooter riders and music fans will get their money's worth on that day. For the professional class will be a prize money of 500 Euro. Also for amateurs we packed a lot of stuff.
