After a shocking Season Two finale cliffhanger that left audiences on the edge of their seats, the news is finally out that Harlem will return for Season Three at the top of next year on January 23, exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.

Hosted and executive produced by Wahlberg, eight new episodes reveal extraordinary insight into the twisted crimes committed by some of America's most heinous individuals.

Premiering in two parts, the first four episodes will roll out weekly, beginning on Sunday, with the final four to run in April-May 2025, spanning the Holy season.

The series is set in a leafy Maryland suburb just outside of Washington, D.C., and in one the most affluent African American counties in the United States.

The one-hour special will premiere on November 19 on Prime Video.

Vláda si může připsat úspěch, když ve sněmovně prosadila důchodovou reformu. Zatímco odborná sféra ji považuje za důležitý krok ke stabilizaci veřejných financí, opoziční strany křičí, že ji zruší. Řídí se heslem po nás potopa.

S Trumpem v Bílém domě má Musk příležitost posunout svůj vliv na novou úroveň a významně ovlivnit pravidla hry v technologickém světě. Těžit může například z možného vlivu na regulace v klíčových sektorech, kde působí. Muskova podpora Trumpovi byla sázkou na nejistotu, ale první reakce trhu naznačují, že se tento risk možná vyplácí.

Ve věku 76 let zemřela bývalá ministryně spravedlnosti a místopředsedkyně sociální demokracie Marie Benešová. Zase budeme slavit i nadávat – jak kdo – na pětatřicet let od listopadu 1989. Uteklo to jako voda. Hodnotíme ten čas v průzkumech, jako bychom nevěděli, že vypovídají nejvíc o nás samých. Proto si bez váhání slíbí věrnost až do smrti, neboť jen tak pravda a láska zvítězí nad lží a nenávistí… Hudba hraje, všichni se drží kolem ramen a vše vypadá tak snadné a nadějné… Jako budoucnost, než se stane přítomností. Takoví jsme byli, vzpomínáme pak po letech. Ale jací jsme vlastně byli?

V takřka posvátné půdě, jen několik kilometrů od Bílého domu, je pohřbeno více než 400 tisíc padlých vojáků. A další stále přibývají. Význam hřbitova ještě zvyšuje každoroční ceremonie na Den obětí války. Navzdory nezpochybnitelné důležitosti pro Spojené státy je ale historie Arlingtonu protknutá nemalým počtem skandálů.

Před 55 lety zveřejnila nezávislá tisková agentura Dispatch News Service reportáž o vyšetřování incidentu v jihovietnamském městě My Lai. Díky práci reportéra Seymoura Hershe se celý svět dozvěděl o zločinu jednotek US Army, které pod vedením poručíka Williama L. Calleyho zavraždily během průzkumné akce stovky civilních obyvatel. Reportáž znamenala obrat ve vedení vietnamské války, v jejím vnímání americkou i světovou veřejností. Hersh se tak zařadil mezi elitní novináře, jejichž práce změnila světové dějiny.

Žije v něm podobný počet lidí jako v České republice, rozlohou je třikrát větší a kulturně mnohem rozmanitější. Michigan, stát nacházející se na severovýchodě USA, má možná to nejlepší za sebou, přesto patří k nejdůležitějším státům v zemi. Až do roku 2016 byl Michigan sice nejistým státem, ale zato jasně tíhnoucím k demokratům. Donald Trump ukázal, že to není pravda, a navýšil svůj náskok o 70 tisíc hlasů oproti volbám před osmi lety. Bývalému prezidentovi se povedlo voliče mobilizovat, Kamale Harris naopak demobilizovat. Pohoření demokratů v Michiganu ukazuje chyby, které je stály volitele napříč celou Amerikou.

Sportem ku zdraví, říká se. A k trvalé invaliditě, dodávají jiní. V případě horolezectví to ale může dopadnout mnohem hůř. Všechny ty světově známé vrcholky mají svůj smutný seznam těch, kteří padli při jejich zdolávání. A pochopitelně mezi nimi nechybí ani ženy. Hannelore Schmatz se měla stát první Němkou, která zdolala Mount Everest. Na vrchol se dostala i se svým manželem Gerhardem, jakožto nejstarším pokořitelem hory. Jenže u Everestu je pořádně zrádná i cesta dolů. Hannelore se nakonec stala osudnou.
