In 2010 recruitment of third gred teacher in Sanskrit Department of Rajasthan the rajasthan High court passed a order on 2 august to dismiss 3rd gred teachers after servicing more than 6 month in sanskrit dept.due to merit list changed by RPSC.This order challenged in supreme court & honorable bench of judge G S SINGHVI ,GOPAL GOWDA & C. NAGAPPaN passed stay order in september 2013 against high court`s dismiss order& issued notice .How Can i know what will happened the final decision of supreme court since it has been long time .

Hi My father bought property in the name of 3 minor sons . it was a agricultural land. my father paid for the land. We were 5 7 and 11 years old respectively. Now after 20 years my father wants to sell the property because of financial problem. all 3 children are now adult but elder brother is refusiing to sell his share in property. Younger 2 child has already signed for sale but elder brother is refusing to sign because of issues with father. What can be done in this case? does my father have right to sell the property and how

Ancestral property fresh suit?

Hello Lawyers... My mother did filed a civil suit for claim of ancestral property against my maternal grandfather in the year 2014 (SUIT FOR DECLARATION) only. But the Lawyer was not able to prove the case and the suit was dismissed for the reason that " Ancestral nature of the property is not proved". After that she didn't filed any revision or appeal. It's been 4 years. My Question is " Can My sister and I file the fresh suit again and start the fresh case from beginning , Will the previous case hurt this case? 2.If yes, then when should we file the case ( Very soon or we can demand our share at any time in our life?). What should we do? pl guide the right approach....

my relative put some cloth &grocery item &exit from mall.salesman &other caught him &cut the plastic strip zip tie on his bag (which malls worker had put on his bag before entrance . zip tie was cut with cutter . & they saw items &call 100 no. police came &took accused in police Thana &manager gave CCTV footage &bag with articles to police & filed FIR & accused got jail & bail my uncle met io (investigation officer) for help he said meet complainant . i can delay to file charge sheet. &then lokdown is started. & now 17 may (the date of lokdown will stop) is coming soon. charge sheet date is 21 may what i can suggest my uncle to be approach to io &complainant as uncle is farmer & illiterate he don't know what to be make in our favor to become accused acquittal. i am helping him. could you please 1.can a final report or closure report or any other report may be done to be acquittal. don't know what is in our favor. 2.can we approach io to remove tag(in which company name &price is written ) from cloth (the bag with articles is in police custody )so it would not proved that cloth belongs to this company &may be they already present in his bag before entering into mall. 3. is it feasible 4.or can we pray complainant to fabricate his statement in our favor when io will record this in 161 crpc may be . 5.what should we try to that leads accused acquittal. i am student .i dont know I pray our counsel he don't want to see us & don't want to hear us . this does not sounds good. pardon me if this thing is not discuss here.

Parental property transferred by sons with false means

Hi Team, I am from Delhi. The issue is as subjected. My brothers got the NOC signed just after the death of my father (in 1981) and, claimed to transfer property to Mother’s name. Now, when our Mother died recently (Feb’2020), I got to know that they have transferred the property in their names (2 person) already. But, they have not informed me. Please suggest if I can claim my share.
