Don't Get Caught In This Trap

I received an email a few days ago from a former member
of my organization asking if I was still a member of my
current company to which I replied "But of course!"

I asked him to tell me a little bit about why he left
and why he wanted to return so that I could figure out
a proper sponsor for him.

His reply email resembled what I think happens to many.
He went of and tried other internet marketing business
models with some success, but not to the level that he
had envisioned and he realized that the income he was
creating was not as leveraged as that which network
marketing provides and so . . . he's back searching.

Some of the details I've left out, but a story with
lots of twists and turns, hard work and small rewards
all leading back to one path - network marketing.

In his reply email he said "Now that I've revealed my
story to you, GIVE me someone to work with so that I
can decide if I want to return."

To this I have not responded yet and the reason is
this, I'm not convinced that this particular person is
really looking to rejoin for the right reasons or if
he's just looking for something that can produce an
income.

It's dangerous to begin an association with any
business solely for money, it rarely works out.

For network marketing to work for you, you must have a
connection to your company and it's products that is
BIGGER than how much money you can make or you'll lack
the focus needed for true breakthrough success.

Make sure you see more than just dollar signs when you
look at your business if you want it to work. True
excitement and enthusiasm should be present when
marrying yourself to an opportunity.

Sometimes this is apparent from the outside and
sometimes it grows on you, but if you're in a business
for an extended period of time and the only thing you
can talk to prospects about is how much money they can
make you're in the wrong place.

Tomorrow I'm going to be discussing the principles of
direct marketing for internet network marketing, a
topic I've never really seen discussed, be on the
lookout.

3,967+ recruited online in 1 yr. + $237,466.49 ain't bad, see how?

Just a quick marketing tip . . .

Test! Test! Test!

Marketing your business effectively is not about
finding one thing and doing it over and over and over
again, unless it's testing.

There is NO one way to do things right, let your
results be the marker of what works and what does not
and not what someone tells you to do.

So here's the tip, you see the headline for this email?

It came through testing, and compared to other
headlines tested this was the one that produced the
best results.

So you opened this email because my prior testing said
you would respond. Imagine honing that power in your
recruiting efforts . . .

Here's an easy way to find out what headlines produce
the best response in your business.

Brainstorm different headlines based on the ones you
see out there that get you to pay attention.

Write down about 10 in notepad.

Start a Google Adwords campaign and place all of your
headlines as ads. Give it about a week or 300 to 500
views per ad and then see which one wins.

Now you have an amazing response producing headline
that you can continue to use in your Adwords campaign,
you can use as a headline in emails to prospects, and
you can use as a headline on your lead capture or
landing pages.

You can even record it in audio and double the impact.

When you do this you'll be doing something that 95% of
marketers and 99% of network marketers never do, and
because of it you'll outperform them every time.

Network Marketer Embarrassed Industry Heavy Hitters By
Refusing To Call Even One Lead ... And Yet Recruit Over

What Do I DO If My Sponsor Sucks?

Great question right?

I'm sure you've dealt with this situation if you've had
any sort of tenure as a network marketer.

I mean you do all the research, you find a business
that you think is a perfect fit for you, you do the
research to find a great sponsor, and then when you
think everything is matched up perfectly your jump in.

What happens?

You get in and then you get very little support from
your upline!

You don't know what to do or where turn and you start
to feel like you're in this thing all alone.

Well I'm going to tell you something that I'm guessing
you've never heard before!

You're lucky!!!!

Why?

Well as someone that was in a network marketing company
with a great sponsor and in a network marketing company
with virtually no sponsor I've seen things from both
sides.

So let me explain why you're lucky. . .

When I started with network marketing I was sure to dot
all my eyes and cross all my tees.

I found a good sponsor and what I thought to be a good
system.

I did everything I was taught to do and seven a half
months later I had no success.

My second run in network marketing I found a company I
liked without regards to the sponsor and joined.

(In fact, I've never spoken to my sponsor once - I
think he's somewhere in Asia.)

And now 1.5 years later I've got a thriving
organization that grows by 10 to 15 people a day like
clockwork without any direct upline support.

If we looked at the situation objectively based on my
results the obviously conclusion would be that going in
without a sponsor is the way to go.

Now I'm not going to say that is totally true, but . .
.

Going into a business without a strong sponsor does
have its advantages.

It forces you to go out into the world without
expectations and without their system and figure it out
for yourself.

You're forced into a leadership role.

You have to find what works for you and if you don't
there's nothing to lean on, so it's really a do or die
situation!

You're forced to go to school and learn.

You have to buy books and information from those who
have been more successful than you and then create your
own system out of it.

You have to be independent.

If you have a good sponsor you can get lazy. You can
rely to heavily on their system and their promise of
its effectiveness.

You have a scapegoat for when it doesn't work!

So when you don't get the success you thought you
deserved from all your hard work it's NOT your fault,
it's your sponsors fault, it's your company's fault.

(At least in your own mind.)

All I'm saying is if you're going to be successful in
network marketing your sponsor has little to do with
it.

He or she can shorten your learning curve, but it's up
to each and every one of use to define our path to
success and become our own leader.

Co-op Update And My Personal Guarantee

After yesterday's co-op message many of you took action and
we are now 16 shares sold in less than 48 hours since our
first coop announcement message.

This is clearly the fastest moving co-op that we have had as
a team to date, so I urge you to take action NOW before it's
too late.

Use the links below to reserve your share!

http://mlm-successsite.com/training/CoopProgram.html

Let me take some time to explain exactly how our team co-op
will work for those of you that are new to the team.

Once all shares are sold or the co-op window closes I will
set up our team URL rotator with each of our co-op
participants lead capture page and send each participant a
confirmation email.

We will direct all traffic to this URL rotator so that the
traffic is divided equally to all participants.

To ensure the quality of the targeted traffic generated to
each of our co-op participant's lead capture page we will
only send a lead to our team URL rotator AFTER they opt in
to our initial list for marketing.

Once a lead opts into our initial list they will then be
forwarded to our team URL rotator link.

This will increase conversions and ensure the quality of
lead that actually comes to view your site by essentially
forcing each lead to pre-qualify by opting in for access to
your site.

Now we will do this for 3 reasons:

1. Pre qualifies your traffic significantly
2. It will allow me to track our success very closely
3. We will grow a list

Its number three on this list will be the real power behind
this months co-op.

By growing a list of pre qualified leads on the front end we
will be able to email these leads continually over the
course of time and really develop a relationship with them
which will maximize our return.

This is no work for you, but it is a considerable amount of
work for me as the administrator of the co-op so lean on me!

I'm willing to do it.

Our team is my cause. If I can do anything to help our team
grow I'm doing it.

The Guarantee:

I always try to leave as little of a risk to each of you as
a member of our team co-op as I possibly can.

That's why I offer a risk free guarantee.

Here is the 100% money back guarantee that I am extending at
least into this month:

I guarantee each and every share purchased in the co-op will
receive at least 200 unique lead capture page views within
30 days of the start of the co-op promotion.

If I don't provide this you or you are not happy with the
outcome of your participation in our team co-op you'll get
your money back no questions asked!

I want as much of this risk on me and not on you.

Team let's do this together and make history!

Use the links below to reserve your share!

To your success!

Wow what a month!

July has been a busy month for the team so lets see if I can sum things up as we go into August.

Ad Coop

This months Ad Coop is set to rock and roll. Those who were lucky enough to get in will start seeing traffic from today. I fully expect our team to grow even faster with this in place. Make sure you feedback your successes so we can share with the team

Team BBQ

True leadership is assumed not given. John Bonnett, one of our soon to be Director’s in the UK, showed that this weekend by hosting a super team BBQ. Ever the great networker John managed to combine team bonding, training and also prospecting mixed in with some fabulous food. All I can say is much kudos to both John and Linda!

Exciting training call for international Team members

As many of you know I have been banging the drum for some training calls that are suitable for all time zones, not just the UK and US. Well I am glad to say that it looks like we are getting someone now! Chris & Julie Chojnowski are looking to set up an exclusive team training call that should suit nearly all time zones that we are currently active in. Its planned to be on a Saturday at these times – Let me know what you think!

8AM CST
9AM EST
2PM UK Time
3PM South Africa
9PM Malaysia
10:30 PM South Australia
11PM East Australia

Even better with a bit of arm-twisting they have also set up on the same conference line we use in the UK so you can call FREE via Skype. If you haven’t got Skype yet what are you waiting for!

Malaysia – Here we grow again!

Last training call today guys and then its back to business from next week. Irene and I will be back to make August the month of Malaysia. Lean on us guys and let us help build your business. I want to ensure you have the tools and skills to take your business to a higher level and benefit from the spillover we are creating for you.

90-Day blitz

Have you taken up Chris and Julie’s 90-day blitz challenge? If your serious then I recommend you do. 90 days solid action in this business can make a serious impact on your residual income so what are you waiting for?

Any questions?

As you know I am going to be in Malaysia for the remainder of August, we fly out this Sunday. This means I am not going to be so accessible via phone outside of Malaysia so please get anything really pressing to me this week. I will be checking my emails on a regular basis but I am not sure if my apartment has Internet access as yet.

To Your Success!

Mid Month Update

Hey guys

I have been in Malaysia for just a week and the time has flown past. Apologies to all for no updates but this is the first day I have been able to get full access to the Internet.

I hope a lot of you listened into Executive Director’s Chris & Julie Chojnowski’s international team training call on Saturday. This is going to be a great tool for anyone building an international business as its available for nearly all time zones at the same time. For members in SE Asia I think this is the first time you have had access to a live training call at a decent hour of the day!

Don’t forget Vice President Ned Rae’s special training call on Saturday as well. This is the call where he gives you the low down on how an ex-machinist built a team of over 20,000 members in just over 2 years!

Coop update – I have checked the stats now I have been back online and we have been having a steady stream of traffic this week while I was offline. This has worked out as I planned which is pleasing. Today you may see a spike in traffic as one of our ezine ads kicks off. I will be chasing up the other one I placed as well as getting some others placed as well. Things will just get busier with this as the weeks progress.

If you have any queries or concerns shoot me an email and I will get back to you ASAP. If you are based in Europe then feel free to contact John Bonnett (jbonnett@skynet.co.uk) who is one of our key leaders in that part of the world.

To Your Success!

John
