जनवरी-मार्च तिमाही में रिलायंस जियो (Reliance Jio) का मुनाफा 177 फीसदी बढ़कर 2331 करोड़ रुपये हो गया है. जबकि इस दौरान जियो की आमदनी 14,835 करोड़ रुपये रही है.

लो-कॉस्ट एयरलाइन स्पाइसजेट (SpiceJet) अपने करीब 92 फीसदी कर्मचारियों को अप्रैल महीने में आंशिक वेतन का ही भुगतान कर सकेगी. हालांकि, किसी कर्मचारी को नौकरी से नहीं निकाला जाएगा.

टेक्नोलॉजी से जुड़ी कंपनियों में निवेश करने के मामले में सिल्वर लेक (Silver Lake) दुनिया की दिग्गज कंपनियों में शामिल है. सिल्वरलेक रिलायंस जियो प्लेटफार्म (Reliance Jio) में 1.15 फीसदी हिस्सेदारी $75 करोड़ डॉलर यानी करीब 5655.75 करोड़ रुपये में खरीदेगी.

रेटिंग एजेंसी का कहना है कि रिलायंस जियो (Reliance Jio) और सिल्वर लेक (Silver Lake) डील इस मुश्किल दौर में बिजनेस सेंटीमेंट को बेहतर करेगी. साथ ही, कंज्यूमर के लिए भी फायदेमंद साबित होगी.

हाल ही में फेसबुक के साथ डील करने के बाद रिलायंस जियो (Reliance Jio) ने अब अमेरिकी प्राइवेट इक्विटी कंपनी सिल्वरलेक के साथ डील किया है.

Reliance Jio, PE Silver Lake Deal: रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज ने अपने टेलिकॉम आर्म जियो के लिए एक और बड़ी डील की है. अब अमेरिका की प्राइवेट इक्विटी दिग्गज कंपनी सिल्वर लेक ने जियो प्लेटफॉर्म्स में 1 फीसदी हिस्सेदारी खरीदी है.

1 जुलाई 2017 को जीएसटी (Goods & Services Tax) लागू किए जाने के बाद से ही पेट्रोल-डीजल को इसके दायरे में लाने की बात की जा रही है. इस अंतिम फैसला जीएसटी काउंसिल (GST Council) को ही लेना है. हालांकि, केंद्र और राज्य सरकारें अपने राजस्व को लेकर पेट्रोलियम पदार्थों पर अधिक निर्भर हैं.

प्राइवेट इक्विटी विस्टा इक्विटी पार्टनर्स (Vista Equity Partners) जियो प्लेटफॉर्म्स लिमिटेड (Jio Platforms Limited) की 2.3 फीसदी हिस्सेदारी 11,367 करोड़ रुपये में खरीदेगी.

मार्केट कैप के लिहाज से देखें तो शेयर बाजार में लिस्टेड कंपनियों में अब सिर्फ 2 कंपनियां ही जियो से आगे हैं. उनमें एक जियो (Reliance Jio) की पैरेंट कंपनी रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज (Reliance Industries) है. इसके अलावा देश की सबसे बडी आईटी कंपनी TCS है.

Reliance Jio ने आज शुक्रवार को अधिक डेटा और कॉलिंग लाभ के साथ एक नया वार्षिक प्लान शुरू किया है. रिलायंस जियो के नए प्लान का उद्देश्य WORK-FROM-HOME करने वाले लोगों को मदद करना है. जियो के इस प्लान की कीमत 2,399 रुपये रखी गयी है.

रिलायंस (Reliance Jio) अपने नए Work From Home प्लान के तहत तीन नए डेटा ऐड-ऑन प्लान पेश किए हैं. इस ऐड-ओन प्लान के तहत कस्टमर्स को 151 रुपये में 30GB डेटा, 201 रुपये में 40GB और 251 रुपये में 50GB डाटा मिलेगा.
