Controversial favourite on The Voice Sam Perry has said he doesn't think Australia is ready for a loop artist to win the show's grand final on Sunday night.

When Boy George took to the stage alongside his Team George finalist Sheldon Riley on Sunday night's finale of the Voice, some fans were not impressed. 

Sam Perry was the odds on favourite to win the grand final of The Voice on Sunday night and triumph he did, taking home the win.
