The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that their contractor, Pennoni will be inspecting the bridges over Christina River, Brandywine Creek, and Red Clay Creek the week of April 27, 2020.

Daytime lane closures will occur from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the following locations:

Bridge over Christina River on I-95

Monday, April 27, 2020: Closure of the right lane on I-95 southbound from Frawley Stadium to the I-295 Split. After the inspection is completed on I-95 southbound; the bridge inspectors will proceed to close the right lane on I-95 northbound between I-495 and Frawley Stadium. [More]

The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that this project will begin on Monday, May 18, 2020. Motorists can anticipate daytime lane and shoulder closure on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Route 48/Lancaster Pike and Lancaster Avenue.

This project will improve the Pedestrian Accessible Route (PAR) and sidewalk connections along Lancaster Pike from West Court Drive to DuPont Road. [More]

Starting Thursday, April 2, DART will limit the number of passengers allowed on each bus at any given time, based on bus seating capacity.
