The Innovative Teaching for Effective Learning (ITEL) Teacher Knowledge Survey is the first international study to explore the nature, function and development of teachers’ pedagogical knowledge, i.e. what teachers know about teaching and learning.

In 2012, the Joint Meeting agreed on the status of deleted and former versions of Test Guidelines with regards to the Mutual Acceptance of Data (MAD). An 18-month transitional period between the Council Decision and the effective date of deletion was agreed, after which no new test using the deleted or the former version of a Test Guideline can be initiated.

The OECD has just published two new Test Guidelines on human health hazard endpoint skin sensitisation. Skin sensitisation refers to an allergic response following skin contact with the tested chemical, as defined by the United Nations Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (UN GHS).

A set of new and updated OECD Test Guidelines was published at the end of July 2015 to test chemicals and identify hazards such as endocrine disruption, serious eye damage, genotoxicity, skin irritation or corrosion.

The OECD has published fundamental and guiding principles to facilitate the application of QSAR methods to the risk assessment of chemicals.
