With the R&S®Pulse Sequencer radar simulation software, users can easily and intuitively create scenarios for simulation of angle of arrival (AoA).

Thanks to their multichannel capability, oscilloscopes are ideal for multichannel applications such as the analysis of MIMO signals (e.g. 5G NR, WLAN), multi-antenna radar signals and differential high-speed digital signals (e.g. USB 3.x). My training sessions in Manchester have been intense since my last blog, but now I'm beginning to taper off so I'm fresh for the World Championships in Colombia in a month's time.

SALLY BROWN: It has been a difficult year for me. In January my feet started giving me problems again. I wasn't even able to train.

It's been a crazy few months since I last checked in on my Road to Rio. The Commonwealth Games were incredible but after a brilliant summer off, I'm already looking forward to the 2016 Olympics.

The road to success for athletes is rarely a straightforward one. especially in the case of Paralympic sprinter Sally Brown, who is aiming for glory in Rio despite an injury-ravaged three years.

HARRY BROWN: I’ve been at home in Halifax in West Yorkshire for Christmas, which is a rare two weeks in the UK for me.

HARRY BROWN: Having missed out on London 2012, the European Championships will be my first senior major on home soil, so I’m very excited by it.

With silver at the 2014 World Championships, two medals in the European Championships and my five medals in the Commonwealth Games, what more could I ask for?

CHRIS MEARS: I’ve just got back from a training camp in Rio and it was amazing. Despite all of the things you hear about the favelas and the dangerous side of things, it had such a good vibe.

BECKY JAMES - ROAD TO RIO: I’ve been out injured for a whole year now, but I’m finally on the verge of a return to regular training. It’ll be such a relief after such a long time out.

I was 18 when the Games were held in London and narrowly missed out on a place in the squad. It was disappointing being so close last time round, but there's nothing stopping me this time.

It’s only a year to go until the Olympics start, but there’s still plenty of work to do. We went to Rio earlier this year and it was fantastic. I'm really looking forward to getting in the pool out there.

ROAD TO RIO'S SALLY BROWN: It’s been a really tough couple of years for me, but I’m really hoping everything is going to come together in time for Rio next year.

BECKY JAMES: It's been an emotional roller-coaster but I'm finally getting my confidence back. After the National Championships this weekend I can focus on making it to the Olympics in Rio next year.

SALLY BROWN - ROAD TO RIO: I am so excited for the next year, which I have not been able to say for a while. I am now able to run 300 metres and not have any problems so I am excited to get out and run.

MARTHA KELNER: When Adam Gemili opens his laptop to watch a film after training he sees the iconic Rio de Janeiro skyline, which has replaced Beijing's Bird's Nest as his screensaver.

CHRIS MEARS - ROAD TO RIO: I’ve not made any New Year’s resolutions, I feel pretty on top of everything at the moment so I’m just going to carry on what I’m doing because I think I’m on to a winner.

Team camps can be tricky because you don't really think about it as a selection process, it just feels like a normal camp. You don't arrive thinking: 'I need to be better than that person or that guy'.

Max Whitlock has grown used to delivering on the biggest stage over the past four years but Britain's record-breaking gymnast admits he had to take a step back from the sport in order to refocus on Rio.

I’m feeling really good physically – my hamstring’s wicked! I hurt it last June in Birmingham but now it’s maybe even better than before the injury. There are no side effects and no scar tissue.

CHRIS MEARS: Rio has always been there driving me to train harder and to compete as well as I can. It’s really pushed me. Now it’s becoming less of a dream and more of a reality.

I can’t wait to walk out in front of a stadium full of people in Rio feeling like I belong, there’s no better feeling than lining against the best in the world.

I don’t know if it’s because I’m playing out in Spain but Rio still feels quite far away. You kind of forget things over here but once we get back in camp with the British team it will all sink in.

The 29-year-old Brit Greg Rutherford, also the reigning world and European champion, posted a season best of 8.31metres in the second round to dominate the event.

Since the announcement of our Wheelchair Basketball team for the Paralympics in Rio, I’ve been the subject of some of the group’s jokes.

Once the medals started coming in I wanted to be that person to stand on the podium – the success of the others really spurred me on. For every member of the track team to win a medal was unbelievable.
