My father had bought land in Pune in 1987 and 7-12 of the land has Ku.Ka. 84 Kas Patra remark on it. In 2017, we sold same land to other person. Now he is asking for our Agriculturist Certificate to transfer 7-12 on his name but we do not have any agriculturist certificate as nobody from our has any farmland. Hello Lawyers... My mother did filed a civil suit for claim of ancestral property against my maternal grandfather in the year 2014 (SUIT FOR DECLARATION) only. But the Lawyer was not able to prove the case and the suit was dismissed for the reason that " Ancestral nature of the property is not proved". After that she didn't filed any revision or appeal. It's been 4 years. Dear all, I am from Pondicherry, my dad like to bought a land form the seller in 2004 so he was paid some amount as a advance and put a agreement for register the particular land within certain period also seller agree & allow to pay the remaining amount of cash at the time of registration . unfortunately seller met with an accident before the registration date. seller have one minor son and wife. Seller have brother and sisters. while his dead that land his combined with his family members land. At that time situation is if anyone want to sell their land all the family members has to sign for registration. After his dead their family members divided their lands and register their parts individually. But our seller land is comes under his mother name. she refuse to sell that particular land to us even we put agreement. so my dad decided to file a case againsed his family. we file the case after the agreement date closed but we pay sum amount of money to the seller wife during his dead and also we mentioned that in agreement paper by manual writing and got signature from his wife in the same agreement paper. if we counting date from 2nd payment we file the case before one year. Now they ask current market rate for the land otherwise they won't do register. From 2004 to till date we lived in that particular land because we clearly mentioned on the agreement from the date of making the agreement to registration we lived in the particular land without paying any rent. My queastions: 1. if the agreement valid after the duration over 2. we lived their for past 15 years is any legal way to ask ownership 3. we got positive judgment from pondicherry court for ex-party. So they re appeal in chennai court now chennai court returened the file to pondicherry for judgement. 4. Any previous cases are their like our case. Respected Sir Need your help has I'm facing a financial crisis beacuse of a sudden decision by my company of relieving me early and hence recovering of joining bonus. I have Joined my Company on 15th June 2018. And I put down my resigination on 20th March 2020. As per my appointment letter I was suppose to serve complusary 90 Days Notice Period. which I was willing to serve. My Last working day in the system was showing has 19th June 2020 thus I was completing 2 years with the company by the time i would have left. Everything was going on smoothly during my noice period when one fine day on 16th April 2020 my company called and informed me that they will be reliving me from the company tomorrow with immediate effect by just giving 1 days notice and they actually relived me on 17th April 2020. Now my present company is demanding from me to pay back 4 Lakhs Recovery Amount of Joining Bonus which they paid when I joinined. It had a clause that if i leave company before completion of 2 years I need to pay backthe same. I want to ask you all the experts here the following things :- 1) Since I was willing to serve my 90 Days of Notice period completely and my actual last working date in the company was after completion of 2 years only, just beacuse of this sudden decision from companies end to relive me early am I liable to pay back this joining bonus amount of 4 lakhs back to the company. 2) Beacuse of this sudden decision I could join my new company only after a gap of 2 weeks in May 2020 therefore incurring a loss in salary for 2 weeks period since I was jobless for 2 weeks sitting in home .Also since my present company relieved me before 2 months from my actual last date Am i eligile to get some compensation for this 2 weeks of joblessness or thr remaing 2 months. I will be very grateful if you can guide me.
