As part of continuing efforts to boost transparency by multinational enterprises (MNEs), Gabon, Hungary, Indonesia, Lithuania, Malta, Mauritius and the Russian Federation have now signed the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement for Country-by-Country Reporting (CbC MCAA), bringing the total number of signatories to 57. Around one in five adults in France are obese. While this is below the OECD average, obesity still has a significant impact. The French live on average 2.3 years less due to overweight. Overweight accounts for 4.9% of health expenditure; and lowers labour market outputs by the equivalent of 671 thousand full time workers per year. Labour market conditions in Iceland further improved during the last year. In March 2015 the harmonised unemployment rate stood at 4.2% of the labour force, 1 percentage point lower than a year earlier.
