Anna Deeny Morales will follow with a reading of her translations of Pizarnik's Diana's Tree, forthcoming this year. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to Russian Jewish parents, Pizarnik is considered one of Latin America's most powerful and intense lyric poets of the 20th century.
