Hey, I Can Has-ers. Now that Meowlloween is over, it's officially time for us to start prepping for the meowlidays. Every Caturday is a holiday for us, and the fact that we get to have tasty meals and days off from work on other holidays is just an added bonus. Heck, even Christmas could use some Caturday energy. Hey, feline fam. We don't know about you, but after our Caturdays filled with feline activities and catnip craziness, we like to unwind with some cat memes to mentally prepare ourselves with pawsitivity for the week ahead. Mondays can turn even the brightest, sweetest feline into a cranky, grumpy cat - which is why we need to boost our mewd with feline funnies so we don't scratch somebody's eyes out tomorrow meowrning. It only happened once, and that was because they tried to talk to us before we had our coffee. We did warn them, to be fair.

Okay, that might be exaggerating a little bit, but it never hurts to meownifest good vibes! If not, we'll just call in sick and stay home with our cats all day. We don't know if you have heard of it, but some people out there claim that cats are not friendly animals, and we think that they are ridiculous for it. They don't believe us when we tell them that cats love their humans. They say that the only reason cats show us any affection is because we feed them and take care of them, that if we didn't, our cats would be just as aloof to us as all these cat haters claim. We know better. We just can't seem to prove it to people. 

So, here we are, trying again, this time by showing them cats showing affection to other animals. Because if cats being friends with dogs was not enough, and cats being lifelong friends with birds, and kittens befriending pigs is not enough, then maybe a video of a cat and an otter being best friends since babyhood and cuddling every night to sleep will be enough to prove the cat haters wrong. 

Hey, feline fam. If you're lucky enough as a cat pawrent, you'll never have to take your precious pets in for some sort of medical procedure in their lifetime. However, accidents happen, cats get older, and all sorts of complications can arise when you least expect them to. But, like the pawsitive people we are, we always try to find a silver lining in the bad, and that's exactly what this heartwarming hooman did when they found out their awwdorable feline needed surgery on their lower jaw.

The surgery was a success (hooray!), and now the cute cat has an awwdorable overbite that makes hoomans everywhere smile. Seriously, it's absolutely silly and we dare you to try and not smile at it. If you've ever seen the Simpsons, he's the spitting image of Snowball, the cat. Those of us who have at some point in our lives lived with roommates know that having roommates can be a total disaster. Speaking from my own experience, moving to a big city and needing to find an apartment ASAP causes you to compromise on some things, but roommates shouldn't be one of them. Unfortunately, that's often the way the cookie crumbles. From messy roommates to roommates who use the kitchen to cook the weirdest and most unappealing foods, to roommates who never take their clothes out of the dryer, there often is much to be desired. 

For the original poster of the thread we are featuring today, a frustrating feline situation left them feeling confused and fed up as to how to approach their roommate. The roommate in question completely crossed the line when it came to OP's cat, often referring to the cat as their shared cat, rather than OP's cat. The kicker is that this cat is OP's childhood cat and of course, OP covers all of the cat's expenses. What would you do in a situation like this? We would have to move out at all costs. 

Oh, hey there working cat pawrents. Having a long workday isn't easy, but it's even less easy when you miss your cat that's back home right now. We understand this, we're all cat pawrents here ourselves. Even if we're surrounded by cat memes all day long, we still miss our fluff floofies back at home. But we have to say - having cat memes around you all day long makes the ache of missing your cat much easier. It's like we can still feel their cat energy all around us, all the time.

If we see a wholesome meme of a napping cat, we are reminded of how cute our cat is when he sleeps. Much as we might have started this week with the hope that we would find some pawsitivity, it does not always go that way. And this week is simply one of those weeks that runs behind your ankles like a cat on zoomies, throwing you completely off balance and making you almost hit your head on that new glass table you recently purchased. But you, being a feline fanatic, are lucky to have a permanent support system in place, in the form of feline funnies. Look, we have heard stories of cats being returned to shelters. We have heard people say that they felt like they had no choice. The couldn't afford taking care of a cat anymore, they found out they were allergic… there are all kinds of reasons. At least everyone who returns a cat is a heartbroken, at least that's what we thought. We never imagined that someone would do it because the cat they adopted wanted to cuddle with them at nighttime. 

Everyone wants a velcro cat, right? Cuddly cats are the best! Cuddling with your cat is one of the best feelings in the world. The trust they show you, the love, the calmness that being so close to them gives you… there is nothing quite like it. To complain about a cat being too cuddly is like complaining about something being too tasty. It's silly. And ridiculous. And thank goodness that this sweet girl is now in the hands of someone who actually deserves her.
