I am paying Telephone / Internet Expenses of Rs 764/- per month (One Landline + One Mobile Postpaid Connection) which is non reimbursable by the employer. I am working as a Salaried Employee. Please let me know under which Income Tax Section can I claim deduction for the same if the same are non reimbursable by the employer. I am getting proper Bills for the same from the Communication Vendor.I need to claim only tax benefit on the same by sending the same to my employer. Please reply urgently as Tax Declarations are on the way.

Some services were exported to UAE on payment of taxes, whereas some were done under Letter of undertaking. however since not reported in F Y 2018-19, they were reported in June-2019 & shown as export & taxes paid wherever applicable along with tax. Now my query
in Annual Return 9 whether i have to report in Serial no 10, ie. next year reporting of transactions or where?

Section 115BBE ONE OF THE MOST DANGEROUS SECTION OF THE IT ACT.

My story belongs to Sec 115BBE one of the most dangerous section of the Income Tax Act 1961, and my story belongs to Appeal to Income Tax Applleate Tribunal against an order of CIT appeals.

Actually one of My case lying with an ITO regarding Cash on Demonitisation.
QUESTION NO 1) Should i proceed to ITAT against an order of CIT APPEALS for vacate of any demand arising under section 115BBE or not for a cash on demonitisation case and why ?
QUESTION NO 2) Should i move to CIT APPEALS AGAINST AN ORDER OF ITO for charging of penalty with tax under sec 115BBE during a Cash on demonitisarion case ? or Should i pay the whole amount of tax with fine which an ITO demands with penalty as tax on regular assessment and Why ?
QUESTION NO 3) What is the latest update of Sec 115BBE ?
QUESTION NO 4) Is there any probability of Special Audit during a cash on demonitisation case lying with CIT APPEALS and why ?
QUESTION NO 5 ) Is there any probability of relief of tax, if i move to CIT APPEALS OR EVEN to ITAT for vacate any demand arising out of Cash on demonitisation case Sec 115BBE ?

I want ask about tds on sale of property we have deposited tds on sale of property in march, 2020 but regisrty has not been done in march, 2020 due to covid-19 and therefore we can take refund of tds deposited or adjusted such tds as self assessment tax at the time of filling ITR.

A private limited company wants to issue shares through rights issue. All the shareholders of the Company are Non- Resident.

Can the company issue shares at Face value?
or
The price at which the shares to be issued needs to be determined as per valuation certificate?

*I have not shown nil/exempted sales separately in GSTR3b.
*GSTR1 has been filed with correct data.
*That means from total sales the figures for Nil/exempt sales which i had to report separately in GSTR3B return i have added up the figure with taxable sales.
*There is no issue of tax payments, as taxes are calculated and paid correctly.

My question is do i need to anything else to rectify this mistake.
