A processing line of bast fiber is provided. The processing line is comprised of various devices for carding, cutting, degumming, high temperature washing, separating and water washing, softening, drying, batching and applying oil, permeating and reconditioning, stretching-breaking carding, and combing and sorting. The processing line of bast fiber can improve production efficiency, and improve the yield of long hemp fibers. Moreover, the produced fiber has stable quality and is convenient for post-processing.

The purpose of the invention is to reduce the abrasive impact of the fiber or the yarn on the rollers coated with elastic material, which are used for drafting and guiding purposes in yarn production techniques, and thus keep the operating conditions and yarn quality parameters constant. The fiber on the top rollers coated with elastic material especially in the mechanical ring compact yarn production among the yarn production techniques, is an apron cladding method, over the top roller and the bearing guide arms connected to a bearing body found on the bearing unit placed on the pressure arm, in a way that it would cover these together. The method includes the operation steps of stretching the aprons by application of tension via a tension component and, while the fiber drafting operation continues, the bearing unit carrying the aprons being shifted in the horizontal plane in certain intervals.

A counterband tape for use in the heat setting tunnel of a carpet yarn heat setting machine. The tape is constructed from polyphenylene sulfide yarns. The counterband tape may be formed as a single layer woven fabric with a twill weave construction. The tape also may include a herringbone pattern.

The invention described relates to a polyolefin blend composition suitable for spunbond fiber or filament compositions, and to fabric compositions and composite constructions therefrom, said blend comprising a) from 60-98 wt % of at least one random propylene copolymer having a comonomer content of from 8 to 25 wt % and a crystalline melting point (Tm) as determined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) of from about 40° C. to about 110° C.; and b) from 2-40 wt % of at least one substantially isotactic polypropylene homopolymer or copolymer comprising one or more C2 and/or C4-C8 comonomer, having a crystalline melting point (Tm) as determined by DSC greater than or equal to 120° C. The blends of the present invention typically have a melt flow rate (MFR) of from 100 g/10 min to about 500 g/10 min.

A wire profile comprises a rib portion and a plurality of teeth over the length of the rib portion. The teeth are sloped with a back slope representing the backbone of the teeth and a front slope representing the side in direct contact with fiber. The back slope has a tangent forming a hack angle with the rib portion, and the front slope is divided into at least two segments, a tip segment converging with the back slope to form a tip of the teeth and serving to penetrate between fibers, and an undercut segment to retain the fibers. The undercut segment has a tangent forming an undercut angle with the rib portion, and the undercut angle is at each point in the undercut segment greater than the maximum of the hack angle and smaller than the smallest value of the tip angle.

Systems and methods for removing material, e.g., linters, from seeds, e.g., ginned cottonseeds, are provided. The systems and methods involve rotating the seeds in a rotatable drum having a plurality of longitudinal brushes. The centrifugal force created by the rotation of the drum and the plurality of longitudinal brushes urge the seeds against an interior surface of the drum that is lined with a brush insert. In this way, work is performed that removes the material from the exterior of the seeds. The material is removed using reduced pressure and the processed seeds are removed. The system may include a brush insert that is easily removed from the rotatable drum. Other systems and methods are disclosed.

A wire profile having a rib portion and plurality of teeth over the length of said rib portion, wherein said plurality of teeth is inclined at an angle with respect to the said rib portion, wherein said teeth has a front portion and a back portion, wherein said front portion is the inner portion of the said teeth leaning towards the rib portion and said back portion is the outer portion of the said teeth, and wherein at least one teeth with said back portion comprises at least one nose cut segment.

A method and a device for the dry forming of a fiber web, in which a multiplicity of fibers or fiber mixtures are fed to a forming head by means of an air flow is described. The forming head produces a fiber stream which is introduced into a clearance of a forming zone between the forming head and a laydown belt. To obtain as uniform a construction of the fiber layer as possible during the laying down of the fibers, the fibers of the fiber stream run through the clearance within the forming zone with free sections of different lengths. To this end, the forming head and the laydown belt are held in a non-parallel arrangement, with the result that the clearance is formed by different spacings between the laydown belt and the forming outlet of the forming head.

A processing agent containing five specified kinds of components including esters and ethers as required components is used in the production or fabrication process of synthetic fibers such that superior spinning property is maintained and synthetic fibers with superior yarn quality and dyeing property can be obtained. Aqueous liquids of such processing agents, processing methods using such liquids and synthetic fibers obtained by such methods are also presented.

A pressure steam treatment apparatus according to the invention includes a pressure steam treatment chamber and labyrinth sealing chambers. The labyrinth sealing chambers are respectively arranged on a fiber bundle inlet and on a fiber bundle outlet of the steam treatment apparatus, having a running path of the fiber bundle in a horizontal direction and having plural labyrinth nozzles on top and bottom of the running path. The difference between a maximum value and a minimum value of the distance in the perpendicular direction of the top and bottom side labyrinth nozzles, of a pair of opposing labyrinth nozzles is 0.5 mm or smaller when the ambient temperature of the labyrinth sealing chamber is 140° C. This structure ensures that the energy cost can be reduced, the deformation of the apparatus and also, the raise of fuzz on the fiber bundle and fiber bundle breakage can be prevented at the same time.

In the mounting device (1) in accordance with the invention, the mounting arm (4) is held on a guide arrangement (11), the guide direction of said guide arrangement being oriented parallel to the rotational axis of the drum (3) to be fitted. A force measuring arrangement 21 is provided to detect the tensile force in the profile wire 9, said force measuring arrangement detecting the total force acting on the mounting arm (4), at least in longitudinal direction of the wire. In doing so, essentially all the forces acting on the profile wire (9) are detected, namely, the braking forces of a brake arrangement (25) as well as the braking forces of other arrangements such as, for example of alignment arrangements 28, tilting arrangements 32 or the like.

A rotary drum for a fiber-stacking device includes a drum body, pattern plates each having a single fiber-stacking depression, and holding mechanisms each detachably holding a corresponding pattern plate on the outer circumferential surface of the drum body. Each holding mechanism has a fixed hook and a moveable hook. The fixed hook is immovably attached to one side of the drum body and forms a first groove with the drum body. The movable hook is attached to the other side of the drum body to be moveable between a holding position and a release position, forms a second groove with the drum body at the holding position, and opens the second groove at the release position. When the movable hook is at the holding position, the two side parts of the pattern plate are accommodated inside the first and second grooves.

A reclaimer cylinder for use in reclaiming cotton seeds containing spinnable lint from partially ginned cotton seeds utilizes channel saws mounted axially on a cylindrical body with axially closely spaced teeth that virtually eliminate the variation in likelihood the teeth will fail to grasp the fibers present on such cotton seeds. Triangular grid bars facilitate removal of fully ginned seeds that are not entrained in fibers of other seeds.

Device for mechanically splitting finite textile fiber bundles, comprising n individual fibers (n≧2) in fiber bundles having less than n individual fibers and/or individual fibers, characterized in that in a milling chamber that is closed off from the outside and that has one or more dead spaces of at least 10% of the milling chamber volume and in which one or more rotating striking elements operate in a non-cutting manner and so as to reduce load peaks and at a rotational speed that can be adapted to the material but that is at least 200 r.p.m., the material is adjustably input in different amounts in batches, treated for an adjustable duration, and then discharged again from the milling chamber.

The front top roller (20) includes a fiber contacting portion (30) and a reduced-diameter portion (31). The fiber contacting portion (30) has a substantially uniform outer diameter. The reduced-diameter portion (31) is provided at both ends of the fiber contacting portion (30) in an axial direction, and is formed with an outer diameter smaller than an outer diameter of the fiber contacting portion (30). The fiber contacting portion (30) has a width (W1) in an axial direction of 18 mm and the outer diameter (D1) of 30 mm. An outer diameter (D2) of the reduced-diameter portion (31) is 25 mm.

The invention relates to a clothing carrier (3) for flexible or semi-rigid clothings (2) for processing fiber material, wherein the clothing carrier (3) has a longitudinal direction (6) and a transverse direction (7). The transverse direction (6) corresponds to a working direction (A) of the clothing (2). The clothing carrier (3) exhibits a maximum tensile force (FL) in the longitudinal direction (6) which is greater than a maximum tensile force (FQ) in the transverse direction (7).

A detaching roller apparatus in a combing machine includes a detaching roller and a plurality of electric motors. The detaching roller has a first end and a second end. The electric motors are connected to the detaching roller at positions adjacent to at least one of the first and second ends of the detaching roller for driving the detaching roller reversibly. The electric motors are synchronized.

A fiber laying machine includes a laying head with a roller able to pivot about an axis of rotation and to apply a plurality of preimpregnated fibers to an application surface by rolling over the application surface. The fibers are distributed along a lower generatrix of the roller and in contact with an exterior surface of the roller over an angle of wrap. The roller includes a cylindrical body, pivoting rings around the body, and means for immobilizing the pivoting rings with respect to the body in a direction parallel to the axis of rotation. The pivoting rings are able to pivot independently of one another.

A working assembly (1) includes a rotatable hollow drum or cylinder (2) having a cylindrical wall (3) with ends having transverse header walls (4) with openings (16, 17), and with a longitudinal shaft (5). The external lateral surface of the cylindrical wall (3) has a clothing device intended to interact with the fibers being carded. First and second support uprights (6, 7) are fixed in operation, and adapted to support the ends of the shaft (5) of the drum or cylinder (2) for rotation about a preferably horizontal axis. The support uprights (6, 7) and the drum or cylinder (2) are configured and coupled with each other such as to define at least one fluid path for a flow of a refrigerating fluid, which extends through the openings (16, 17) and inside the drum or cylinder (2) and is adapted to cause cooling of the lateral cylindrical wall (3) thereof.

The device for producing a uniform or profiled fleece or a fiber flock mat includes a material dispensing device which produces a fleece and a transport device for the further transport of the fleece. The device also includes a measuring device to determine a transverse profile and a longitudinal profile of the fleece by measuring the mass per unit area of the fleece across its width, and a profile-changing device for supplying individualized fibers or fiber flocks to the fleece. A control unit controls the profile-changing device on the basis of the results of the measuring device in such a way that the profile-changing device supplies the individualized fibers or fiber flocks section by section in a targeted manner. Thus, depending on the purpose of the application, a uniform fleece or a fleece with a nonuniform transverse profile or longitudinal profile can be produced.

A structure of a mounting bracket that connects a vehicle body and a transmission is provided. The structure includes an outer pipe having an insulator disposed therein and the insulator includes a plurality of stoppers having curved portions and a protrusion formed at an inner top portion of an aperture of the insulator and directed downwards. An inner pipe is coupled in the aperture of the insulator and a core is press-fitted into the inner pipe. The inner pipe and the core abut each other by the protrusion. Accordingly, vehicle dynamics control and quasi-static motion performance are improved, and operational noise, vibration, and noise attributable to vibration are reduced. Since the outer pipe and the inner pipe are made of plastic, the weight of the structure is decreased. Further, a decrease in the gap between stoppers is achieved without a swaging process.

Vehicle vibration device for a vehicle seat or a vehicle cabin, comprising a lower part and an upper part which is resiliently mounted relative to the lower part by a damper means, wherein the upper part is mounted in a suspended manner on the lower part by means of at least one pivot bearing, wherein the at least one first pivot bearing comprises at least one first lever, the first end of which is attached to the lower part by a first pivot axis and the second end of which is attached to the upper part by a second pivot axis, wherein the second end is located below the first end when viewed in a vertical direction, wherein at least the position of the first end of the lever can be changed by an adjustment means.

A securing device for mechanical components that is comprised of the securing device is designed as a longitudinal plastic strip comprised of a first complementary tab and a second complementary tab. The first complementary tab and the second complementary tab interlock together and rest flush against one another in a manner that lines up the hole of the first complementary tab with the hole of the second complementary tab. The securing device may be surrounded by a cushion to improve the securing functionality of the device.

A pipe clamp for mounting a pipe on a stud mounting bracket includes a main body having a central pipe engaging portion and opposed first and second transition portions. The main body has a horizontal axis extending through a center of the main body and a vertical axis extending through the center of the main body. The first and second transition portions are positioned on opposed sides of the horizontal axis and on opposed sides of the vertical axis. First and second arms extend from the respective transition portions in a direction away from the vertical axis. First and second fingers extend from the respective arms in a direction toward the horizontal axis. First and second hooks extend from the respective fingers in a direction toward the vertical axis.

A raceway and method of forming a raceway is disclosed in which one or more intumescent layers are disposed on the raceway.

A hinge mechanism rotatably joins a post and a hinge in a manner that allows for rapid assembly and disassembly. A first stop, second stop, and third stop are used to create a gravity-assisted rotation system for the hinge mechanism, with the hinge rotating between a horizontal locked position, raised unlocked position, and rotated collapsed position. A pin is placed through corresponding pin receptacles of the post and the hinge in order to secure the two together. The pin is locked within the post by a locking member, which secures the pin in a manner that facilitates easy pin insertion and removal. The hinge mechanism can be integrated into a variety of apparatuses, such as a table with rotating top; the top can be rotated to the collapsed configuration in order to serve as a seat back or left in the locked configuration to be used as a table top.

A displacement mechanism includes a base, three rails, three arm assemblies, a moving platform, and three parallel linkage assemblies. The rails stand on the base. Each of the arm assemblies has a first end and a second end. The first ends are slidably connected to the rails, respectively. Each of the arm assemblies is configured to swing in a space among the rails. The moving platform is parallel to the base. Two ends of each of the parallel linkage assemblies are connected to the second end of the corresponding arm assembly and the moving platform in a multidirectional rotating way, respectively. Each of the arm assemblies substantially extends away from the base from the corresponding rail, and each of the parallel linkage assemblies substantially extends toward the base from the second end of the corresponding arm assembly.

The present invention relates to a tube fastening structure for fastening a tube in a radiant floor heating system, the tube fastening structure comprising a bottom layer and at least one fastening element. The bottom layer is fixed on ground and has a surface of loop members. The fastening element has a plurality of hook members on a first surface thereof, and the plurality of hook members are configured to be mechanically fastened to the surface of the loop members of the bottom layer. After the tube is placed on the bottom layer, the fastening element is configured to fasten the tube in a manner of surrounding the tube by a mechanical fastening between the plurality of hook members and the surface of the loop members of the bottom layer.

A mount for an objective housing. The mount includes a hollow space that is circular-cylindrical about an axis and has at least three receptacle protrusions for holding the objective housing, between which the hollow space arises and that are designed to hold the objective housing through clearance-free contact. The receptacle protrusions include at least two ribs that each have at least two regions having different extensions in the radial direction, relative to the axis.

A connection device for setting up an arrangement of a plurality of loudspeaker boxes that are suspended beneath one another comprises a first assembly rail which is provided for assembly on a first loudspeaker box and to which a latching part is attached, and a second assembly rail which is provided for assembly on a second loudspeaker box and to which a retaining element that interacts with the latching part is attached. Herein, a free path length of a longitudinal displaceability of the latching part in relation to the first assembly rail is preselectable. Furthermore, the position of the retaining element in relation to the second assembly rail is preselectable.

The connector hub assembly optionally includes features for connecting one or more arms of a support frame for supporting a modular workspace system including desk space, cabinet space, view screens, electronic equipment, and/or other workspace system components.

Described herein is an arm stabilization member for dampening inadvertent movement of the arm of a user during a surgical procedure, comprising an arm support and a movement mechanism coupled to the arm support. The arm support comprises an outer frame sized to support at least a portion of the user's arm and an inner pad lining an inner surface of the outer frame and configured to conform to the user's arm. The movement mechanism comprises a counterbalance system movably connected by joints and configured to compensate for the gravitational forces exerted by the arm of the user.

An engine mount for a drive unit in a vehicle includes a bracket having first and second joining points for attachment of the bracket to the drive unit. A first mounting member connects the bracket to the drive unit in the first joining point along a first joining axis. An engine mount is arranged on a vehicle body and supports the drive unit via the bracket. A second mounting member connects the bracket to the drive unit in the second joining point along a second joining axis. The first and second joining axes extend at a slant to each other by an axis angle.

The subject matter discloses an apparatus for securing a mobile device to a steering wheel, comprising: a main flap connected to a rear surface of the mobile device, said main flap is made of a rigid material; a holder attached to the main flap, said holder secures the mobile device to the main flap; an elliptic unit extending from the main flap and surrounding the steering wheel. The apparatus may be part of a kit that also comprises a second holder attached to the rear surface of the mobile device, said second holder is in contact with the first holder.

A railway car air brake hose support bracket has an upper portion with first and second attachment members, a lower portion and an air hose connector. The first attachment member enters into and engages a portion of an accessible compartment of an uncoupling mechanism housing below the coupler head, and the second attachment member is secured to an air brake hose support lug of the railway car coupler. The air brake hose connector engages an air brake hose assembly and suspends this hose assembly from the railway coupler at a predetermined distance above the rail bed. A method of installing the hose support bracket includes positioning the first and second attachment members, securing them in place, and attaching one or more railway brake hose units to the air hose connector, either before or after this positioning and securing of the upper portion of the bracket.

A configurable container-support frame is disclosed. The frame includes at least two sections, each section including at least three substantially parallel telescoping members, each connected to two other members by a cross member that is substantially perpendicular to the telescoping members. The telescoping members of one section telescopically engage with the telescoping members of at least one other section and the engaged sections define a configurable volume. The frame may be disposed within an existing container, such as a bag or a box, to improve the protective capabilities of that container. Or the frame may be integrated with a surface, such as a fabric, to create a configurable container with improved protective capabilities over the surface alone.

A clip device that can be fixed to and detached from a pipe as desired. A clip main body is provided with insertion holes into which pipes can be inserted, and elastic holding pieces that face the insertion holes. A bracket is separate from the clip main body and can be attached to and detached from the clip main body. The bracket is provided with an attachment portion that can be attached to a body (vehicle), and pressing portions that press the elastic holding pieces against the outer circumferences of the pipes in the state where the bracket has been assembled together with the clip main body.

A base mounting assembly and a display device are provided. The base mounting assembly includes a main support on a side of a first device, a base including a pedestal part below the first device and a support post connected with the pedestal part and opposite to the main support, the support post including a first end away from the pedestal part and a second end connecting with the pedestal part, and a cushion block movably provided between the support post and the main support. A distance between the support post and the main support is gradually reduced from the first end to the second end so that when the cushion block is moved between the first end and the second end, a position of the support post relative to the main support is changed, causing a change of a position of the pedestal part relative to the first device.

A wedge member for securing an electrical conductor box within a hollow concrete block which is to be incorporated in a concrete block wall. The wedge member includes an elongated member dimensioned for a force fit within a hole within the concrete block.

Device for attaching a cable to a structure using an implement that includes a first body segment having a first end, a second end, and an inner wall, and defines a recess extending from the first end to the second end. The implement is receivable within the recess from the first end and permitted to extend beyond the second end to attach the device to the structure. A second body segment is coupled to the first body segment by a joining member, the second body segment having a first end, a second end, an inner wall, and defining a second body channel adapted to receive the cable. The inner wall of the first body segment, the inner wall of the second body segment, and the joining member define a first channel adapted to receive the cable.

A card tray for use in electronic devices is disclosed that can improve tray durability, eliminate the occurrence of resin flash during insert molding, and simplify the tray mold structure. The card tray for electronic devices according to a preferred embodiment may be a card tray for electronic device use for insertion into and withdrawal from a card socket of an electronic device with a card loaded thereon, comprising a tray body made of a nonmetallic material whereon is formed a card mounting hole or mounting recess for mounting the card, and a metal frame part that is coupled to the tray body so that the cross section protrudes from the front of the tray body.

A hold down assembly for an electronic unit includes a locking washer having a cone at a front end thereof. The locking washer has a tang provided in the cone and extending forward from the cone. The cone is configured to receive a mounting hook of the electronic unit with a first side of the tang bearing against the mounting hook to lock the position of the locking washer relative to the mounting hook. An actuator knob is rotatably coupled to the locking washer. The actuator knob is configured to be tightened to a threaded shaft to tighten the hold down assembly to the electronic unit and drive the locking washer toward the mounting hook.

An apparatus for reverse mounting an electronic device in a server housing is provided. The apparatus includes a first bracket, a second bracket, and a coupling. The first bracket couples to the device body and extends outward from the device body toward a front rail of the server housing. The first bracket includes a first end configured to releasably couple to front rail of the server housing. The second bracket includes a protrusion that extends outward from the device body in an opposite direction relative to the first bracket. The coupling includes a first portion that couples to a rear rail of the server housing and a second portion defining a channel that receives the protrusion of the second bracket.

A bracket is configured to be mounted to a post of a rack. The bracket includes a side plate, an end plate, a first mounting member and a foolproof device. The end plate is substantially perpendicularly connected to the side plate. The first mounting member is mounted to the end plate. The foolproof device is arranged at a side of the end plate. When the bracket is placed at a first mounting angle relative to the post, the fool proof device does not interfere with the bracket, in order to allow the bracket to be mounted to the post. When the bracket is placed at a second mounting angle relative to the post, the foolproof device interferes with the bracket, in order to prevent the bracket from being mounted to the post.

A surgical cassette clamping system includes a mounting plate having a first side and a second side. A bracket system may be disposed adjacent the first side of the mounting plate. A clamp motor may be disposed adjacent the mounting plate and fixed relative to the mounting plate. The clamp motor may be operably connected to the bracket system to displace the bracket system relative to the mounting plate. The system may also include a plurality of pivot arms pivotably connected to the bracket system and extending adjacent the second side of the mounting plate. An engagement portion may be attached to each of the plurality of pivot arms that cooperatively engages the second side of the mounting plate, the engagement portion being operable to pivot the pivot arms when the bracket system moves relative to the mounting plate.

A temporary fixing unit includes a supporting portion including a distal end portion passed through an aperture, and a holding portion provided with an inclined surface that slides along an edge portion of the aperture when passed through the aperture. The temporary fixing unit also includes a spring portion connecting the distal end portion of the supporting portion and the holding portion and that deforms in a twisted manner as the holding portion is pushed down when the inclined surface of the holding portion slides along the edge portion of the aperture. When the holding portion is passed through the aperture, a portion of a door panel is held between the holding portion and an elastic portion. Furthermore, the elastic portion is elastically deformed so as to press the door panel.

A weight system for supporting a free-standing object comprising first and second upper panels, a least one side panel, a lower panel, and a closure system. The panels are joined to define an upper wall and at least side wall, with the first and second upper panels defining a fill opening in the upper wall and a container defining an interior chamber. The closure system is arranged to allow the container to be configured in a closed configuration in which access to the interior chamber through the fill opening is substantially prevented and an open configuration in which access to the interior chamber through the fill opening is allowed.
