The femtocell then uses that information to prioritize future broadcasts of its frequency-hopping pilot beacon on those macro-network carriers on which the most mobile devices have handed off from. The prioritization could take the form of broadcasting more often on the higher priority one or more carriers per cycle, or broadcasting for a longer continuous period of time on the higher priority one or more carriers per cycle.

A partition divides the interior chamber into a supply plenum in a first portion of the interior chamber and a return plenum in a second portion of the interior chamber. A curb supply opening is formed through the perimeter frame in communication with the supply plenum. A curb return opening is formed through the perimeter frame in communication with the return plenum. The curb return opening is positioned such that airflow through the return plenum is non-linear and a sound absorbing material may be positioned on at least some inside surfaces of the return plenum.

A cabinet structure for a switchgear assembly. The cabinet structure includes a cabinet having upper and lower vents and a breaker cradle for holding a circuit breaker having primary disconnects for connecting the circuit breaker to bus bars. The cabinet further includes an air passageway located between the upper and lower vents, wherein the air passageway extends vertically through the primary disconnects and the cabinet. Further, the cabinet includes a fan module having at least one fan for drawing outside air through the lower vent, the air passageway and the primary disconnects for cooling the primary disconnects.
