Industry body Assocham on Tuesday demanded to bring petrol and diesel under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) to ensure uniformity in automobile fuel in the country.

38 साल के फैज छत्तीसगढ़ की रायपुर के नया पारा के रहने वाले हैं। इनकी पहचान आज की तारीख में बड़े गोकथा वाचक के रूप में हैं। इनके माता-पिता शिक्षक हैं। फैज ने खुद राजनीति विज्ञान से डबल एमए किया है। चार साल पहले वह रायपुर के सूरजपुर डिग्री कॉलेज में राजनीतिक शास्त्र के प्रवक्ता थे। बात 2012 की है। एक दिन गिरीश पंकज का लिखा उपन्यास ‘एक गाय की आत्मकथा’ पढ़ा तो उसके बाद इनकी जिंदगी ही बदल गई और नौकरी छोड़ गोसेवा में लग गए।

देश के कई हिस्सों में गोकथा की। गोहत्या पर प्रतिबंध लगाने को लेकर दिल्ली में अनशन भी कर चुके हैं। फैज ने बताया कि उन्होंने श्री गुरुनानक देव जी से लेकर महात्मा बुद्ध तक के बारे में पढ़ा है। पता चला कि इन महापुरुषों ने भी पदयात्रा की हैं। इन्हीं महापुरुषों की प्रेरणा से आज वह 14 हजार किमी की यात्रा के समापन के करीब हैं। गो सद्भावना का संदेश देने के लिए 24 जून, 2017 को फैज़ ने लेह से कन्याकुमारी तक पैदल यात्रा शुरू की।

विभिन्नराज्यों से होते हुई यात्रा 28 सितंबर, 2018 को कन्याकुमारी पहुंची।इसके बाद 15 नवंबर, 2018 को यात्रा का दूसरा पड़ाव शुरू किया। फैज बताते हैं कि पहले यात्रा का समापन अमृतसर में करना था, लेकिन जम्मू-कश्मीर के अलग राज्य बनने के बाद समापन वैष्णो देवी में करने का फैसला किया। आज उनकी यह पदयात्रा राजपुरा के रास्ते पंजाब में प्रवेश कर गई। यात्रा मार्ग में आने वाला पंजाब 22वां राज्य है। अब तक वह 13500 किमी की पदयात्रा कर चुके हैं। करीब 500 किमी यात्रा बाकी है, जिसके बाद समापन 1 जनवरी को जम्मू-कश्मीर के वैष्णो देवी में होगा।

गाय का दूध शिफा

फैज खान का कहना है कि कुछ लोगों ने गोमांस को मुस्लिम धर्म के साथ जोड़ दिया है, जबकि यह पूरी तरह गलत है। पैगंबर हजरत मुहम्मद साहिब ने कहा है कि गाय का दूध शिफा (स्वास्थ्यवर्धक) है। उसका मक्खन दवा है और गोश्त बीमारी है। उनका कहना है कि हमारे देश में गाय सबसे जरूरी है। गाय से हमें स्वास्थ्यवर्धक दूध, दही, घी के साथ ही उपयोगी गोबर और गोमूत्र मिलता है। देश के ताजा हालात को लेकर मुस्लिम राजनीति करने वाले हैदराबाद के नेता असदुद्दीन ओवैसी की सोच पर करारी चोट करते नजर आए। फैज़ खान की मानें ताे उनका पैदल चलते का वीडियो देखकर शायद ओवैसी या उनके समर्थक यही कहेंगे कि एक मुसलमान देश छोड़कर जा रहा है, लेकिन हकीकत इसके उलट है।

सामान लेकर साथ चलता है ‘कार रथ’

फैज ने बताया कि राजस्थान के एक गो सेवक ने यात्रा के लिए उन्हें कार भेंट की थी। इसी को रथ का नाम दिया गया। इसमें उनकी जरूरत का पूरा सामान रहता है। यात्रा में उत्तर प्रदेश के बलिया से पीयूष राय, गाजीपुर से किशन राय, छत्तीसगढ़ से बाबा परदेसी राम साहू और चित्तौड़गढ़ राजस्थान से कैलाश वैष्णव लगातार यात्रा में सहयोग बनाए हुए हैं। पूरी यात्रा के दौरान इस कार रथ को कैलाश वैष्णव ही चला रहे हैं। यात्रा के दौरान वह त्रिपुरा, मेघालय, असम, मणिपुर, नागालैंड, मिजोरम और अरुणाचल प्रदेश नहीं जा पाए।

आरोप है कि डिप्टी कंट्रोलर आडिट की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर सवाड़ा खड्ड की अवैध माइनिंग के 464 करोड़ 31 लाख 26 हजार 45 रुपए , बेईहारा खड्ड के 165 करोड़ 82 लाख 47 हजार 128 रुपए और हर्साबेला खड्ड के 2 करोड़ 6 लाख 89 हजार 840 रुपए अवैध माइनिंग के मटीरियल व मुआवजे के वसूलने बनते हैं। लेकिन आज दो साल बाद भी कोई वसूली नहीं हुई है। उन्होंने कहा कि जब सिर्फ इन तीनों जगहों के 632 करोड़ 20 लाख 62 हजार 997 रुपए आडिट की रिपोर्ट मुताबिक वसूलने बनते हैं तो जिले के लोग अंदाजा लगा सकते है कि जिले में सियासी लोगों की तरफ से वर्षों से लगातार मचाई गई माइनिंग की लूट की कीमत कितनी है।

आप नेताओं ने कहा कि एनजीटी के आदेशों के दो वर्ष उपरांत भी जिला प्रशासन ने माफियो के सरपरस्त नेताओं के दबाव में न तो अवैध माइनिंग के लिए जिम्मेदार अफसरों पर कोई कार्रवाई की और न ही जिले में माइनिंग के साथ हुए नुकसान की कोई रिपोर्ट तैयार की और न ही इस नुकसान की पूर्ती के लिए रिपोर्ट तैयार की और न ही अवैध माइनिंग को रोकने के लिए सख्त कदम उठाए। इस मौके पर भाग सिंह मदान, जिला यूथ अध्यक्ष रामकुमार, मनजीत सिंह, महिला विंग अध्यक्ष दलजीत कौर, भजन सिंह, कश्मीरी लाल, बलविंदर सिंह गिल, सुखदेव सिंह, सुरिंदर सिंह, परमजीत सिंह, बलराज शर्मा, हरभाग सिंह, जसपाल सिंह व अन्य उपस्थित थे।
