Sinner, the men's world number one, was cleared of any wrongdoing after twice testing positive for low levels of clostebol - a steroid that can be used to build muscle mass - during the Indian Wells tournament in March. The World Anti-Doping Agency have appealed against the decision which said Sinner bore 'no fault or negligence' for the substance being in his system.
