Thus, heated gases and standard temperature gases can be delivered at approximately equal velocities thus maintaining flame size and shape.

Then, the powder (220) is removed from widthwise center portions (202) and (203) of the collector foil (201), and a squeegee (106) is brought into contact with the powder (220) remaining on the opposite sides of the center portions (202) and (203) of the collector foil (201), thus adjusting the thickness of the powder (220).
