A field-sequential display panel, a field-sequential display apparatus and a driving method are provided. The field-sequential display apparatus includes a liquid crystal display panel and an OLED light source arranged at one side of the liquid crystal display panel where light is incident to provide trichromatic light for pixel cells of the liquid crystal display panel. The OLED light source includes multiple groups of trichromatic light sources, each of the groups of trichromatic light sources includes a first color sub-light source, a second color sub-light source and a third color sub-light source, and each sub-light source includes an anode, a cathode and a light emitting layer between the anode and the cathode.

A liquid crystal panel and the driving method thereof are disclosed. The liquid crystal panel includes at least one storage electrode, a plurality of scanning lines, a plurality of data lines, and a plurality of pixel areas. Each of the pixel areas includes a pixel electrode, a first TFT and a second TFT. The first TFT drives the corresponding pixel electrode. The gate of the second TFT connects with the previous scanning line, and one of the source and the drain of the second TFT connects to the corresponding pixel electrode within the pixel area, and the other one connects with the storage electrode. In this way, the optimal common voltage is applied to the liquid crystal panel when the liquid crystal panel is in a displaying process, and thus the display performance is guaranteed.

An RGB to RGBW brightness compensation method and device is disclosed. The method includes: retrieving multiple gray scale values of RGB color RGB(x, y, z), wherein x, y, z are gray scale levels of red, green and blue sub-pixels of an RGB model, 0≦x, y, z≦1; multiplying the gray scale values of RGB color RGB (x, y, z) by N to obtain an enhanced gray scale values of RGB color RGB (Nx, Ny, Nz), wherein N is 4/3 and a minimum value selected from x, y, z is taken to represent a first conversion value W1; and obtaining multiple gray scale values of RGBW color RGBW (Nx−W1, Ny−W1, Nz−W1, W1) according to the enhanced gray scale values of RGB color RGB (Nx, Ny, Nz) and the first conversion value W1. Accordingly, a brightness of the RGBW model of a liquid crystal panel is compensated.

According to one embodiment, each pixel of a liquid crystal display device includes: a switch configured to sample subframe data; a storage unit configured to hold the subframe data sampled by the switch, the storage unit and the switch constituting an SRAM cell; and a conductive switch disposed between a liquid crystal display element and an adjacent pixel. A range of a source voltage of NMOS and PMOS transistors constituting each inverter constituting the storage unit of one pixel is configured to be able to be set separately from a range of a source voltage of NMOS and PMOS transistors constituting each inverter constituting the storage unit of another pixel.

Provided is a display device. The display device includes: a plurality of gate lines extending in a first direction; a plurality of data lines extending in a second direction that intersects the first direction; and a plurality of pixels connected to the gate lines and the data lines, wherein the pixels include pixels h-th row pixels (h is a natural number) and (h+1)-th row pixels, which are adjacent to each other in the second direction, with a (k+1)-th gate line (k is a natural number) therebetween among the gate lines; and a first pixel displaying a first color and connected to the (k+1)-th gate line among the h-th row pixels and a second pixel displaying the first color and connected to the (k+1)-th gate line among the (h+1)-th row pixels are spaced apart from each other in the first direction and receive different polarities of data voltages.

A driver IC for driving a display panel, a display device and a method for driving the driver IC are provided. The driver IC is provided with N pins corresponding to N signal transmission lines of the display panel respectively. Each pin is connected to one corresponding signal transmission line through one transmission wire. The N pins include a first pin and a second pin. The transmission wires include a first transmission wire connected to the first pin and a second transmission wire connected to the second pin and having a length less than the first transmission wire. The driver IC includes a signal generation module configured to generate N driving signals. The N driving signals include a first driving signal corresponding to the first pin and a second driving signal corresponding to the second pin and having a current intensity less than the first driving signal.

A display apparatus includes a display panel, a first data driver, a second data driver, and a first capacitor. The display panel is connected to a plurality of data lines. The first data driver is connected to first data lines among the plurality of data lines, and is configured to perform a first charge sharing for the first data lines. The second data driver is connected to second data lines among the plurality of data lines, and is configured to perform a second charge sharing for the second data lines. The first capacitor is connected to the first data driver and the second data driver. Each of the first and second charge sharings is performed using the first capacitor.

A gate driving circuit in a display device includes a plurality of stages connected in cascade. An ith stage from among the plurality of stages includes a first output unit, a control unit, a pull-down unit, and an inverter unit. The first output unit includes a first output transistor including a first control electrode, a second control electrode overlapping with the first control electrode, an input electrode, and an output electrode. A signal outputted from an inverter unit of an i−1th stage is applied to the second control electrode.

A display panel driving apparatus includes a data processor configured to receive N-th line data of image data. N is a natural number not less than 2. Provided are a flexible display screen having an extending mode and a retracting mode, a display device comprising the flexible display screen and a display method applicable to the flexible display screen, wherein in the extending mode, the entire flexible display screen can be used for displaying, and in the retracting mode, at least a portion of the flexible display screen is curled and an uncurled portion thereof can be used for displaying. According to the flexible display screen, the display device and the display method, a display region of the flexible display screen can be extended in the extending mode so as to enhance visual experience of the user, and at least a portion of the flexible display screen can be curled and retracted in the retracting mode so as to improve the portability. Meanwhile, a partitioned control can be performed to the displaying on the flexible display screen so as to reduce power consumption of the flexible display screen.

A method of simulating print color on mobile devices, comprising: obtaining a second group of tristimulus values by a chromaticity measuring device through a measuring method; creating a CIEXYZ color space of the mobile device by the second group of tristimulus values, and transforming the CIEXYZ color space to a sRGB color space via a 1D lookup table and a transformation matrix; obtaining a print color from a ICC profile of an output device by 3D lookup table and generating a second color calibrated profile by finding another color, similar to the print color from the ICC profile of the output device, in the sRGB color space through tone mapping; and simulating the print color on a screen of the mobile device by using the second color calibrated profile, whereby the user can directly preview the printed photo on the screen thereby achieving saving print ink and time.

The present invention discloses a display unit, a display panel and a driving method thereof, wherein the display unit comprises a full color display subunit capable of displaying full color, and at least one black and white display subunit capable of displaying black and white, when the display unit operates in a first display mode, the full color display subunit and all the black and white display subunit(s) in the display unit display one pixel together; and when the display unit operates in a second display mode, the full color display subunit in the display unit displays one color pixel, and each black and white display subunit in the display unit displays one black/white pixel independently. According to the present invention, pixel display information at the boundaries can be increased, that is, display resolution of the display panel is improved, thereby improving display quality of the display panel.

A computer system for processing of data received from a remote device. The computer system includes a master device and at least one slave device. The master device is communicably coupled to the remote device and has a display and a memory. The master device partitions the data into one or more sub data. The at least one slave device is coupled to the master device. The master device delegates processing of the one or more sub data to one or more of the at least one slave device, and the one or more of the at least one slave device correspondingly to the one or more sub data generate processed sub data. The master device stores the processed sub data and outputs the processed sub data to the display.

A touch drive circuit and a driving method therefor, an array substrate and a touch display apparatus relate to a field of display. The driving method includes: during touch scanning time period in one frame, by each of output control unit (2), receiving a touch enable signal, a common voltage signal and a touch scanning signal, and receiving an output signal of an shift register unit connected with the output control unit; and outputting, by each of the output control units, the touch scanning signal to a touch drive electrode connected with the touch control unit in a first time period according to the touch enable signal and the output signal of the shift register unit connected with the output control unit, wherein the first time period is scanning time allocated to the touch drive electrode in one frame of time.

An OLED touch display panel capable of detecting and reacting to touches on the display includes a signal sending element emitting ultrasonic signals, a driving layer configured to provide display driving signals, a light-emitting element configured to receive the display driving signals and emit light, and a signal receiving element configured for receiving reflected ultrasonic signals. The light-emitting element includes a plurality of light-emitting units and a plurality of black matrixes. Every two adjacent light-emitting units are separated from each other by one of the black matrixes. The signal receiving element includes a plurality of thin film transistor units arranged in a matrix. Each thin film transistor unit is formed on one of the black matrixes.

A virtual reality display device that can include a first pixel array and a second pixel array. Pixels of the pixel arrays can have a response time that is less than 2 msec, where the response time for a pixel is a sum of a first amount of time for brightness of the pixel to rise from 10% of white luminance to 90% of white luminance and a second amount of time for response time to fall from 90% of white luminance to 10% of white luminance. Additionally, the first pixel array can be separated from the second pixel array by a gap, and a distance from a center of the first pixel array to a center of the second pixel array is between 58 mm to 72 mm.

A method for inputting a text and a display apparatus using the same are provided, the text input method including: transferring a message for requesting execution of a text input mode to an external device; receiving the text from the external device; and displaying the received text if it is determined that a situation in which a text is to be input occurs. Therefore, if a situation in which a text is to be input occurs, an external device automatically operates in a text input mode, and thus a user more conveniently inputs the text.

Herein is disclosed a positional content platform and related systems and methods. According to some embodiments, the platform includes a mobile processing and communication device and a service layer executing on a server. The mobile processing and communication device communicates with the service layer. By virtue of the communication, a user of the mobile device is able to locate and view digital content that has been created and stored on the platform. The aforementioned content is associated with a geographic location, and, according to some embodiments, the content is represented in a user interface by an icon that is superimposed over a field of view representative of a geographic region.

The application relates to freight loading systems for transporting freight items. Corresponding freight loading system comprises a freight deck having a plurality of freight handling devices, a control device which is communicatively connected to the freight handling devices in order to handle at least one freight item on the freight deck, and a remote control, which is communicatively connected to the control device in order to output control signals to the control device. The control device is intended to comprise a position determination unit for determining a remote control position on the freight deck and/or the orientation of the remote control, wherein the control unit is designed to select a number of freight handling devices and drive same depending on the control signals received and the remote control position and/or orientation of the remote control. This allows easier control of the freight items on the freight deck.

Coin processing apparatuses, such as consumer or commercial coin processing apparatuses for counting and/or sorting coins, are described herein. The apparatuses can include coin conveyors having a plurality of individual coin carriers linked together to form a chain. In some embodiments, each of the coin carriers includes a corresponding pocket that is configured to receive a coin from a coin hopper as the carrier chain passes through the coin hopper during its cycle. The coin carriers can carry the coins past one or more sensors for identification or “discrimination” of the coin denomination. After discrimination, the coins can be knocked from the carrier pockets and into, e.g., a selected coin chute for transfer to a collection bin.

A meat-processing system includes a production station for producing meat products, a processing station for processing the meat products, and a conveying system configured for conveying the meat products in a conveying direction along a conveying path from the production station to the processing station. The conveying system includes a supply conveyor and a discharge conveyor. A transferring mechanism for transferring a workpiece from a tray to a fixture is provided. The transferring mechanism includes a main bracket defining an uploading hole thereon, an uploading assembly, a pick-up assembly and a transferring assembly. The pick-up assembly is located under the uploading hole. The pick-up assembly is mounted on the main bracket above the uploading hole. The transferring assembly includes a fixing bracket and a first transferring subassembly and a blocking member. The fixing bracket is mounted on the main bracket and located under the pick-up assembly. The first transferring subassembly is mounted on the fixing bracket. The blocking member is mounted on the first transferring subassembly and includes a driving portion. The driving portion moves upward to block and position the fixture to enable the pick-up assembly to release the workpiece on the fixture.

A method and apparatus for preparing a cellulosic feedstock are disclosed. Embodiments of the method comprise passing the cellulosic feedstock out of at least one outlet of a vessel (such as a holding tank) and obtaining at least two streams of cellulosic feedstock wherein each stream may be fed different hydrolysis reactors. Embodiments of the apparatus comprise passing the cellulosic feedstock downwardly through the vessel and withdrawing the feedstock from the vessel in two different lateral directions.

A belt tracking system for adjusting displacement of a movable belt in an axial direction of a plurality of rollers about which the movable belt is entrained includes a slope member and a roller shaft support. The slope member is disposed at least at one end of at least one of the plurality of rollers in the axial direction, to tilt the roller due to movement of the belt. The roller shaft support rotates about a predetermined shaft and includes a shaft recovery member to recover a tilt of the slope member. The shaft recovery member is disposed within a shortest circumference of a closed curve among closed curves within which the slope member and the roller shaft support are disposed in a state in which the roller shaft support is rotated.

An alignment system for a conveyor having a conveyor belt trained over rollers on a conveyor frame where the system includes a support bracket including a center support and pivoting members each including a torque arm, the pivoting members being pivotally mounted to opposing ends of the support bracket. Two tracking rollers are independently mounted to the support bracket, where each of the tracking rollers includes a shaft with an inner end and an outer end, the outer ends of the shafts being coupled to the pivoting members and the inner ends being coupled to the center support such that pivoting movement of the pivoting members causes the tracking rollers to pivot relative to the center support. A guide control bar having two ends is pivotally connected at each the end to a corresponding torque arm connected to the corresponding pivoting member, where the guide control bar includes guide rollers positioned at both edges of the conveyor belt for lateral control of the belt.

A tensioning assembly for a cable drag conveyor. The conveyor includes a head pulley mounted on a head pulley shaft positioned in a head pulley housing and a tail pulley mounted on a tail pulley shaft positioned in a tail pulley housing, infeed and discharge conveyor tubes interconnecting the head pulley housing and the tail pulley housing, and an endless rope having conveying disks attached to the rope positioned in the infeed and discharge conveyor tubes and around the head pulley and tail pulley. The tail pulley housing is positioned in a stationary position in relation to the head pulley and the head pulley housing. The tail pulley shaft and tail pulley is positioned on the tail pulley housing for movement in relation to the tail pulley housing, the head pulley and the head pulley housing. A tensioner moves the tail pulley to maintain the tail pulley at a distance in relation to the head pulley that results in correct tension on the rope during its travel through the cable drag conveyor.

In some embodiments, apparatus useful for assisting in controlling the discharge of material onto a conveyor from a material dispenser includes a carrier, first and second side restrictors extending downwardly from the carrier and at least one wiper extending downwardly from the carrier and transverse to the side restrictors. The side restrictors are configured to assist in preventing at least some material from overflowing off the sides of the conveyor, while the wiper is configured to level the top of at least some of the material dispensed on the conveyor.

Such fall protection system extends from structure elements of the building about an encompassed space into which there is risk of a person falling. An open-mesh web is supported from the structure elements and overlies, and extends across, the space. A perimeter band extends about the encompassed space. The perimeter band is secured to the building structure elements about the space and thus entraps the web between the band and the building structure elements. The web may also be supported in the space by supplemental supports, which can be crossing support bands, attached to the structure elements, or intervening e.g. walls within the space. Various embodiments of ladders, ladder components, accessories for ladders, ladder systems and related methods are provided. In one embodiment a ladder and platform system is provided having at least two ladders and a platform or plank. The platform or plank has coupling mechanisms that provide adjustable but secure coupling of the platform to the ladders, either with the top cap or with the rungs. Other embodiments include storage devices and paint trays for use with ladders and ladder systems incorporating such devices.

A stepladder includes a front section having a first front leg and a second front leg and a step attached to the first front leg and the second front leg and a latch engaged with the step. The stepladder includes a rear section having a first rear leg and a second rear leg and a cross bar attached to the first rear leg and the second rear leg. An improved apparatus for treating a fire in a multi-floored building where the fire is located on an upper floor vertically displaced from a lower floor from which the fire is treated, and where the upper and lower floors each have a selectively openable environmental access along an external wall of the multi-floored building. The improved apparatus includes a tubular structure having an inlet, an intermediate portion, and an outlet and a bracing system. The bracing system has a frame, a first pivot point, and a second pivot point. The frame provides support against a sturdy surface. The tubular structure is supported on the first pivot point and rotates thereon to elevate or hoist the outlet towards the upper floor environmental access. The tubular structure is further supported on a second pivot point and further rotates thereon to elevate the outlet.

Embodiments of the disclosure may provide a ladder access system. The ladder access system may include a base having a clamp disposed proximal an excavation end thereof. The clamp may be configured to secure the base to an excavation support structure. A first side rail may be disposed on a first side of the base and a second side rail may be disposed on a second side of the base. The ladder access system may also include a gate disposed at a surface end of the base and extending between the first and second side rails.
