ओडिसा के राउरकेला से सात दिनो में पैदल चल मांडर पहुंचे दस मजदूरों को मांडर पुलिस ने शेल्टर होम क्वारैंटाइन के लिए भेज दिया है। सभी लोग गढ़वा के कांडी थाना के रहने वाले हैं और राउरकेला मे दिहाड़ी मजदूरी करते थे।

लॉकडाउन के कारण खाने-पीने की परेशानी होने लगी तो पैदल ही घर के निकल पड़े थे। रास्ते में खाना बनाते और दिनभर पैदल चलते हुए सात दिनों में मांडर पहुंचे। मांडर थाना पुलिस की नजर इनपर पड़ी तो पूछताछ किया। इसके बाद थाना परिसर में ही सभी को खाना खिलाने के बाद मिशन स्थित शेल्टर होम भेज दिया।

मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार लॉकडाउन में फंसे प्रवासी झारखंडवासियों को आश्वस्त करना चाहती है कि कुछ समय लगेगा लेकिन सभी को उनके घर अवश्य वापस लाया जाएगा। आपदा में सभी ने धीरज रखा, थोड़ा और धैर्य रखें। झारखंड सरकार अन्य राज्य की सरकारों से बात कर अधिक संख्या में ट्रेनों के परिचालन के लिए प्रयासरत है।

बताते चलें कि शु्क्रवार को भी दो ट्रेनें झारखंड पहुंची। एक ट्रेन लिंगमपल्ली से धनबाद तो दूसरी वेल्लौर से हटिया पहुंची। धनबाद पहुंचने वाली ट्रेन में श्रमिक व हटिया आने वाली ट्रेन में वैसे लोग शामिल थे, जो विभिन्न बीमारियों का इलाज कराने वेल्लौर गए थे पर लॉकडाउन की वजह से वहां फंस गए थे। झारखंड पहुंचने पर सभी लोगों ने सरकारी को धन्यवाद दिया।

रेल हादसे की खबर व्यथित करने वाली
इधर, मुख्यमंत्री ने औरंगाबाद रेल हादसे पर दुख व्यक्त किया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा घटना मन को व्यथित करने वाली है। परमात्मा दिवंगत लोगों की आत्मा को शांति प्रदान करें। यह दुःखद है। कोरोना और लॉकडाउन का सबसे बुरा असर गरीबों पर पड़ा है, जो दिनों दिन इसे झेलने को मजबूर हो रहें हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने शुक्रवार को एक बार फिर स्पष्ट किया कि झारखंड में लॉकडाउन में छूट का निर्णय समय, परिस्थिति और संक्रमण की स्थिति पर निर्भर करेगा। समय अने पर इसका आकलन करने के बाद ही सरकार इस बारे में निर्णय करेगी कि लॉकडाउन किन क्षेत्रों में किस रूप में कब तक चलेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने यह भी कहा कि उन्होंने पहले भी कहा है कि प्रवासियों के आने के बाद चुनौतियां बढ़ेंगी। संक्रमितों की संख्या में भी थोड़ी वृद्धि हुई है। शासन-प्रशासन का पूरे मामले पर सजग है। आनेवाले प्रवासियों को उनके गंतव्य तक सुरक्षित पहुंचा देने के बाद ही सरकार सिद्दत के साथ सारे विषयों पर निर्णय लेगी। मुख्यमंत्री शुक्रवार को प्रोजेक्ट भवन से निकलते समय मीडिया से बातचीत कर रहे थे। उन्होंने बताया कि 12 मई तक गुजरात, पंजाब, आध्र प्रदेश, तमिलनाडु, पंजाब सहित कई अन्य राज्यों से लोग ट्रेन से आएंगे।

प्रवासियों के आने का सिलसिला कब तक जारी रहेगा के सवाल पर मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि केवल आने का ही सवाल नहीं है। झारखंड में फंसे लोगों को उनके गृह राज्य भेजने की भी व्यवस्था करनी है। अब तक 5.5 लाख लोगों ने आने के लिए ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया है। झारखंड के नोडल अधिकारियों को यह सूची उपलब्ध करा दी गई है। अब वह दूसरे राज्यों के नोडल अधिकारियों के साथ संपर्क स्थापित कर उन्हें लाने की व्यवस्था कराएंगे। कब तक लाया जाएगा के सवाल पर सीएम ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार इस मुद्दे पर योजनावद्ध तरीके से काम कर रही है।

केंद्र सरकार के दिशा निर्देश के अनुसार जिस ट्रेन में 5000 लोग आसकते थे, 1000-1200 ही आरहे हैं। इसलिए इसमें थोड़ा वक्त लग रहा है। वह झारखंड के प्रवासियों से आग्रह करेंगे कि थोड़ा और धैर्य रखें, उन्हें सरकार घर तक सुरक्षित पहुंचाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि लोग उतावलापन में पैदल चले आरहे हैं। पटरियों पर चल रहे हैं। इसमें कई तरह की घटनाएं भी हो गई हैं जो मर्माहत करती है। इसलिए वह उनसे जहां हैं, वहीं रहने का आग्रह भी कर रहे हैं।

बिशुनपुर प्रखंड की अति सुदूरवर्ती गांव जालीम में 60 वर्षीय आदिम जनजाति बुजुर्ग टीमना असुर की बीती रात अज्ञात अपराधियों ने पत्थर से कूचकर निर्मम हत्या कर दी। शनिवार सुबह शव मिलने पर इसकी जानकारी पुलिस को दी गई। हत्या की वजहों के संबंध में फिलहाल कोई जानकारी नहीं मिल पाई है।

इधर,सिसई थाना क्षेत्र के सोंगरा गांव में शनिवार को कोयल नदी के किनारे जंगल में अज्ञात महिला का अधजला शव मिला। ग्रामीणों ने इसकी सूचना सिसई पुलिस को दी। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिसजांच पड़ताल में जुट गई है। उन्होंने शव के शिनाख्त की कोशिश की लेकिन सफलता नहीं मिली। थाना प्रभारी एस. एन. मंडल ने बताया की घटनास्थल सिसई और घाघरा के बोर्डर पर नदी के किनारे घने जंगल के बीच की है। अपराधियों द्वारा साक्ष्य छिपाने के मकसद से महिला का चेहरा कुचल कर जलाने का प्रयास किया गया है।

यहां वीरपुर डैम रोड स्थित फ्रीगंज में घर में सोते वक्तशादीशुदाबेटी और उसकीमांकी हत्या कर दी गई। घटनासोमवार-मंगलवार की दरमियानी रात की है। पुलिस ने दामादको हिरासत में लिया है। उससेपूछताछ की जारही है। उसका कहना है कि रात में वह घर नहीं गया। बताया जा रहा है किछोटी बच्चीने पुलिस को बतायाकि पापा मम्मी की छाती पर बैठकर मार रहे थे।पुलिस सूत्रों के अनुसार, हत्या की वजह अवैध संबंध हो सकते हैं।

मंगलवार सुबह 9.30 बजेडायल 100 पर सूचना मिली कि बिलकिसगंज के पास फ्रीगंज मोहल्ला में दो लोगों की हत्या हो गई। पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची तो देखा कि बाहर वाले कमरे में 26 साल की सुमन मृत अवस्था में पड़ी है। अंदर वाले कमरे में सुमन की मां लीलाबाई (45 साल) का शव पड़ा था। लीलाबाई की गर्दन पर बांई तरफ कुल्हाड़ी से हमला करने का घाव था। पुलिस ने पड़ोसियों से घटना को लेकर पूछताछ की। लेकिन, कोई सुराग नहीं मिला।

हालांकि, संदेह के आधार पर पुलिस ने सुमन के पति राजमल राठौर को हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ शुरू की।लेकिन, देर शाम तक पुलिस हत्या की वजह नहीं बता सकी। बताया जाता है कि सुबहराजमल का भाई दूध लेकर वहां गया था।सबसे पहले उसने देखा कि घर में दोनों की हत्या हो गई। इसके बाद उसने राजमल और अन्य को बताया।

महिला की बेटी घर में थी और बेटे पास के गांव में
बताया जाता है कि सुमन के तीन बच्चे हैं। इनमें एक 4 साल बेटीघर में ही घटना के वक्त साथथी। मंगलवार को जब पुलिस पहुंची तो बच्ची बहुत डरी और सहमी हुई थी। जबकि सुमन के दो अन्य बेटे अपने पिता के साथ दूसरेगांव गए थे। पड़ोसियोंने बताया कि फ्रीगंज में यह मकान राजमल ने अपनी सास लीलाबाई के सहयोग से बनाया था। लेकिन, अक्सर राजमल अपने गांव पर रहता था और फ्रीगंज में सुमन और उसकी मां रहते थे। सूत्रों के अनुसार, सुमन की बेटी का कहना है कि पापा छाती पर बैठकर मार रहे थे। पुलिस के अनुसार, राजमल राठौर का कहना है कि वह रात के समय घर नहीं गया।

अभी जांच की जा रही है

सीहोर केएडि. एसपीसमीर यादव ने बताया किपुलिस हर पक्ष पर बारीकी से जांच कर रही है। महिला के पति से भी पूछताछ की जा रही है। जल्द ही मामले का खुलासा किया जाएगा।

मध्य प्रदेश सरकार ने संबल योजना काे रिलांच कर दिया है। मंगलवार को मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहानने इस योजना को लांच करते हुएयह योजना गरीबों को उनके जन्म के पहले और मृत्यु के बाद तक फायदा पहुंचाती है। सीएम चौहान ने कहा किजब हम महामारी से जूझ रहे हैं, ऐसे मेंलोगोंकी जिंदगी में सहारा देने वाली संबल योजना को हम फिर से शुरू कर रहे हैं।

संबल योजना के तहत प्रदेश सरकार 12वीं कक्षा में अधिकतम अंक लाने वाले 5000 छात्रों को 30 हज़ार रुपये का पुरस्कार देगी। सरकार ने 'सुपर 5000' नाम से एक योजना कीशुरुआत की है जो कि संबल परिवार के बच्चों की मदद करेगा।यह फैसला मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान द्वारा जन कल्याण संबल योजना के तहत मंगलवार को लिया गया।कांग्रेस की कमलनाथ सरकार ने योजना पर रोक लगा दी थी।यह योजना कम आय वाले परिवारों को मदद करने के लिए शुरू की गई थी।

फिर से शुरू की संबल योजना
सीएम शिवराज नेसंबल योजना की शुरुआत करते हुए कहा, "जब हम एक महामारी से जूझ रहे हैं, ऐसे मेंलोगोंकी जिंदगी का सहारा बनने वाली संबल योजना को हम फिर से शुरू कर रहे हैं, जब संबल योजना कीपात्र कोई गरीब महिलाकिसी शिशु को जन्म देगी तो जन्म देने से पहले 4 हजार और जन्म देने के बाद 12 हजार रुपए उनके खाते में भेजे जाएंगे।

1 लाख श्रमिकों के खाते में 10 करोड़ 50 लाख ट्रांसफर

इधर, मध्यप्रेदश से बाहर फंसे 1 लाख 5 हज़ार श्रमिकों के खाते में सरकार ने मंगलवार को10 करोड़ 50 लाख ट्रांसफर कर दिए। प्रत्येक मजदूर के खाते में 1 हज़ार रुपए भेजे गए हैं। इसके पहले भी भी 700 से ज्यादा श्रमिकों के खाते में भेजे गए थे 1-1 हजार रुपये।

द्रोणिका ने कराई बारिश : मौसम विज्ञानी

भोपाल मौसम विज्ञान केन्द्र के वैज्ञानिक उदय सरवटे ने बताया कि प्रदेश की मौसम को प्रभावित करने में सेंट्रल मध्यप्रदेश से लेकर तमिलनाडु के मध्य एक द्रोणिका बनी है। इसके असर से आज कई स्थानों पर शाम के पहर हल्की बारिश और तेज हवाएं चली है। प्रदेश के महाकौशल अंचल में आने वाले कई स्थानों पर शाम के समय आसमान में बादली छायी रही।इससे मौसम खुशनुमा बन गया।उन्होंने बताया कि द्रोणिका के अलावा राज्य में बंगाल व अरब सागर की ओर से नमी भी आ रही है तथा पश्चिमी हवाओं का रुख बना हुआ है। उन्होंने बताया कि द्रोणिका का असर विशेषकर पश्चिमी मध्यप्रदेश में ज्यादा बना रहेगा। उन्होंने आशंका जाहिर की है कि मौसम का मिजाज प्रदेश में एक दो दिन ऐसा ही बना रह सकता है।

इन जिलों में गरज चमक के साथ बारिश और हवाएं

प्रदेश के होशंगाबाद संभाग के जिलों के अलावा बुरहानपुर, खंडवा, खरगोन, बड़वानी, नीचम, मंदसौर, डिंडोरी, सिवनी एवं बालाघाट जिले में अगले 24 घंटों के दौरान कहीं-कहीं हल्की बारिश तो कहीं-कहीं गरज चमक की स्थिति के साथ बौछारें पड़ सकती है। इन स्थानों पर तेज गति से हवाएं चलने का अनुमान है।मौसम विभाग के अनुसार पिछले 24 घंटों के दौरान जबलपुर संभाग के जिलों में कहीं कहीं हल्की बारिश दर्ज की गई। बाकी संभागों में मौसम शुष्क बना रहा। राज्य के रीवा, शहडोल, सागर एवं ग्वालियर संभागों के जिलों में अधिकतम तापमान दूसरे स्थानों की तुलना में काफी बढ़ा। प्रदेश के खरगोन में अधिकतम तापमान सबसे अधिक दर्ज हुआ है।

मौसम वैज्ञानिक पीके साहा ने बताया कि मौसम में इस बदलाव के तीन कारण हैं, मध्य प्रदेश के मध्य भाग से लेकर तमिलनाडु के दक्षिणी हिस्से तक एक ट्रफलाइन बनी हुई है। दूसरा, राजस्थान के उत्तरी हिस्से में ऊपरी हवा का एक चक्रवात बना है। तीसरा, भोपाल में दिनभर तेज धूप रही और पारा करीब 43 डिग्री पर पहुंच गया, जिससे गरज चमक वाले बादल बन गए थे। मध्य प्रदेश शनिवार को सबसे ज्यादा तापमान खरगोन में 45 डिग्री रिकॉर्ड किया गया। वहीं जबलपुर में 41.9 और ग्वालियर में 42.6 डिग्री तापमान रिकॉर्ड किया गया।
